Exceptional service! The owner helped us arrange transportation (super short-term) to our next destination in Croatia and was overall extremely nice and helpful! The room was amazing and the hotel itself is also a great place to stay for Mostar, only a super short walk away from the old bridge and town. Definitely recommend staying here!

O quarto é maravilhoso, lindissimo e moderno. Muito acolhedor e charmoso. O hotel cheirava super bem e estava bastante limpo. Sarajevo é uma cidade linda e o hotel embora escondido fica muito bem situado pois é num local muito calmo e sossegado. O pequeno-almoço é super!!!

Bubamara ("ladybird") is perfectly located and next to everything, from the iconic Old Bridge from which they plunge into the icy river to several restaurants and a decent supermarket. The train/bus station is a short walk away. My spacious room on the second floor was creatively decorated and quiet. It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Super location just 3 min walk to the old town. Beautiful setting by the river and good feeling during our stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice terrace in the restaurant and an amazing duplex room with own terrace to the river. Also easy parking opposite to the hotel. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Absolutely great apartment in a great location, just 8 minute walk to the Old Bridge, right across the street from the big church & very close to markets/cafes. The flat is very well appointed & was spotless; we didn't cook there, but did use the washing machine, which was easy. The beds, including pullout, were very comfortable. The balcony is great. Free parking is a real plus. The owners were very communicative, which was especially helpful when we couldn't locate the address.
