The hotel is situated in the heart of Sarajevo, the location couldn't be better for me. I really appreciate the staff, they very very friendly, nothing was a problem to arrange (taxi, lunch packages etc.)

A short walk from the centre of Stari Grad, which makes for a quieter stay. The staff was absolutely fabulous and friendly.

+superior rooms new,clean,good wifi,comfy bed,free parking,breakfast surprisingly well and with good choice,location opposite of National museum,just 20mins by foot to historical center,very friendly and client orientated receptionist -exit of parking area "manually"....necessary to return to reception and get somebody,which has the keycard...

The location of the place is excellent and very near to the main streets, including restaurants. The staff are very friendly, approachable and easy to talk with. The rooms are very clean and tidy. They also offer tours which are superb, especially Faris.
