Very cozy house, in a peaceful place. Everything is thought out to the details to make your stay more comfortable. The host, mr. Milic is the most friendly host we've ever seen, he met us during check-in and told us everything about the nearest shops, beaches etc. Also, he invited us to have a dinner with him at the boat-house, where he cooked fish and meat for us. We haven't seen such hospitality ever before. And we really appreciated for breakfasts and sandwiches that he prepared for us.

Stone Nest Villas

Wow this place is amazing, the villa was bigger than expected and had 3 floors with a terrace on each floor, 2 over looking Porto Montenegro which was lit up at night. It has loads of character and has been renovated to a very high standard. It is in a peaceful area up in the hills with rustic surroundings and a great walk up to the church on the top where you can see the whole bay. A car is essential as it is a 10 minute drive up the road to the villa, there is no walking to the shops but it is well worth it for the location. Just 20 minutes from Tivat airport was really handy and easy to get around everywhere else. Plenty of supermarkets (which stay open late) and restaurants a short drive away. The villa had a large kitchen/diner on the ground floor with everything in it including food and drink kindly provided by the lovely owners Rocco and Milka who made us feel extremely welcome. The first floor has a large living room with tv, an outside eating area to the back and terrace with view at the front. The top floor has a lovely bedroom with a huge comfy bed and a cleverly made mezzanine which the kids would love (if we had taken them with us!) but not suitable for very young kids. The bedroom has an amazing view looking out to the terrace. There is a lot of space outside with a private pool area, BBQ and lovely places to sit and relax. There is another Villa on the property also with its own pool and area, we were shown inside and is also beautifully built and decorated. We can't recommend the Old stone house enough, as long as you can walk up hills and steps, hire a car and want a peaceful location you can't go wrong. The pictures on booking.com are accurate. Top Tips: You'll need to pay cash at the property, credit cards are not excepted at the moment. Don't hire a car from Green Motion (the manager was less than professional) located at Tivat airport. Sixt were very good.

Love the charm of this Villa. Gorgeous house by the sea, a beautiful and intimate place, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. The room is made in an authentic style with an extraordinary view, and it’s very clean and comfortable. Eating delicious food and drinking world-class wine just two feet from the sea on the sunset is a memorable moment. The owner was very hospitable and there for my every need. Thank you so much, it was a unique experience.

The hotel is a bit far from the old city. You need to take a taxi to get around or walk for about 1 hour. But it's very worth it for everything else! When we arrived we were very well received by the very friendly Olivera and Kristina. Then we were taken to the terrace for a welcome cocktail and the sunset view was simply stunning! All the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Our room with a view of the bay was absolutely clean and comfortable. Jovana, who was in charge of the tours, was extremely efficient in arranging the boat trip and car rental for us. The private beach in front of the hotel with its bar / restaurant was itself an attraction: clean, with comfortable furniture and good service. Finally, a magnificent experience from beginning to end. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Kotor. Some pictures on my Instagram: thiagotambuque

Very worthy !!! We got on a special offer for June - the hotel has just opened. More precisely, this is not a hotel in the literal sense, but several identical villas and an administrative building with a reception, a restaurant and a bar. The villa is very spacious. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-dining room, living room, bedroom, guest bathroom, on the second floor there are two bedrooms and a living room. The bedrooms are very comfortable - each bathroom has a separate dressing room with a huge wardrobe. Classic style furniture - everything is new. The beds are large, the mattresses seem to be orthopedic. On each floor in the living room there is a huge TV with an unmeasured number of channels. Everything is done solidly - everywhere there is stone, terracotta. I was impressed by the spiral staircase to the second floor. Each has its own plot with trees, bushes, flowers, its own parking for 2 cars, its own small pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. We were only a couple of days, but we changed linen, towels for the house and sun loungers. We refused to change the dressing gowns. From the service - they are taken by minibus to the beach of your choice. We went once, the next day we just relaxed by the pool. Wi-Fi is normal, video calls were made to Russia. The restaurant - I liked it - tasty, low-fat. Definitely better than on the coast. The price tag is average.
