The staff and the owner is awesome. The location is good just 10-15 mins walk to the places that you would want to go and when you come back to your room you can sleep in a quite place. And if you want to go to other beaches and places bus stops and main bus terminal are close to the hotel. Breakfast is good and the qualtiy of the things are good too.

The location is stunning. The swimming area and extensive terrace are amazing. The old town of Kotor is the best we've seen, even after a week being amazed by Croatia. The Dobrota area around the appt is really good, it felt so safe and pleasant. We visited Budva for the day and although we enjoyed the old town we didn't like the surrounds and were so glad that we'd chosen Kotor and Kalamena. After 3 days here we definitely want to come back for at least a week next time. There's plenty to see but mainly because it's such a good place to relax. We really enjoyed Ellas restaurant.

Very worthy !!! We got on a special offer for June - the hotel has just opened. More precisely, this is not a hotel in the literal sense, but several identical villas and an administrative building with a reception, a restaurant and a bar. The villa is very spacious. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-dining room, living room, bedroom, guest bathroom, on the second floor there are two bedrooms and a living room. The bedrooms are very comfortable - each bathroom has a separate dressing room with a huge wardrobe. Classic style furniture - everything is new. The beds are large, the mattresses seem to be orthopedic. On each floor in the living room there is a huge TV with an unmeasured number of channels. Everything is done solidly - everywhere there is stone, terracotta. I was impressed by the spiral staircase to the second floor. Each has its own plot with trees, bushes, flowers, its own parking for 2 cars, its own small pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. We were only a couple of days, but we changed linen, towels for the house and sun loungers. We refused to change the dressing gowns. From the service - they are taken by minibus to the beach of your choice. We went once, the next day we just relaxed by the pool. Wi-Fi is normal, video calls were made to Russia. The restaurant - I liked it - tasty, low-fat. Definitely better than on the coast. The price tag is average.

One of the best vacations we ever had! Excellent staff who can solve any your request and make you feel like you are at home. very good location - just 1 min walking to the beach, with area full of good restaurants, and 20 mins walking to the old town. You can have bicycles and portable sun-beds with umbrellas for free from the hotel in case you need them. Tasty breakfast, good and clean pool, jacuzzi and sauna. They also have free parking. Atmosphere is very relaxed, cozy and comfortable.

Wow this place is amazing, the villa was bigger than expected and had 3 floors with a terrace on each floor, 2 over looking Porto Montenegro which was lit up at night. It has loads of character and has been renovated to a very high standard. It is in a peaceful area up in the hills with rustic surroundings and a great walk up to the church on the top where you can see the whole bay. A car is essential as it is a 10 minute drive up the road to the villa, there is no walking to the shops but it is well worth it for the location. Just 20 minutes from Tivat airport was really handy and easy to get around everywhere else. Plenty of supermarkets (which stay open late) and restaurants a short drive away. The villa had a large kitchen/diner on the ground floor with everything in it including food and drink kindly provided by the lovely owners Rocco and Milka who made us feel extremely welcome. The first floor has a large living room with tv, an outside eating area to the back and terrace with view at the front. The top floor has a lovely bedroom with a huge comfy bed and a cleverly made mezzanine which the kids would love (if we had taken them with us!) but not suitable for very young kids. The bedroom has an amazing view looking out to the terrace. There is a lot of space outside with a private pool area, BBQ and lovely places to sit and relax. There is another Villa on the property also with its own pool and area, we were shown inside and is also beautifully built and decorated. We can't recommend the Old stone house enough, as long as you can walk up hills and steps, hire a car and want a peaceful location you can't go wrong. The pictures on booking.com are accurate. Top Tips: You'll need to pay cash at the property, credit cards are not excepted at the moment. Don't hire a car from Green Motion (the manager was less than professional) located at Tivat airport. Sixt were very good.

Very cozy house, in a peaceful place. Everything is thought out to the details to make your stay more comfortable. The host, mr. Milic is the most friendly host we've ever seen, he met us during check-in and told us everything about the nearest shops, beaches etc. Also, he invited us to have a dinner with him at the boat-house, where he cooked fish and meat for us. We haven't seen such hospitality ever before. And we really appreciated for breakfasts and sandwiches that he prepared for us.

This is my third year coming to this hotel. Everything is extremely clean, tidy, the staff is friendly and professional. Special thanks to receptionist Leona who, after we arrived tired, asked the staff in the kitchen to give us dinner even though it was the end of business hours. Every night there was an entertainment program by the pool, we got towels on the beach, the beach is beautiful. When arriving or leaving the hotel, staff bring a car from the garage. I would recommend the hotel.

Hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, pool is nice and refreshing, on a smaller side but perfect for an afternoon dip All the staff at the hotel, starting with the reception desk to restaurant staff to management were very polite and helpful, they really went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and cozy as possible. Anything we needed they addressed in fast and professional manner. Location is great as well, close to everything but not in the crazy busy area, short walk to the old town and to all different beaches, easy to get the boat to Hawaii. We would highly recommend hotel Moskva to anyone who’s coming to Budva.

Everything was just perfect! Beyond our expectations. We booked two rooms for our family with a sea view in the middle building. Marvelous view, spacious clean rooms, big shower, balcony. Perfect food, very good cocktails and local wines. Private beach. Well, it belongs to the city, but it serves just this hotel. Distance between places on the beach is big enough to feel yourself comfortable. Huge territory, very clean and green. Wonderful , friendly, young and proactive personal. Very helpful. Big playground for kids. Cool swimming pools also for the smallest. One Tipp - please take care of beach towels. Don’t leave it reserving your places.

You truly feel like you're getting a royal treatment here. The place is amazing, stylish, beautiful, cosy and still classy at the same time. It's situated on the very beachfront, while there's also a nice pool to enjoy on top of that. Breakfast is spiced up with a story or two by Nigel, the man of the house. He also gives amazing recos for places to eat or go out, and also offers an amazing private speedboat tours. So hospitable hosts, we're so glad to stay here. That's especially important when you arrive to the property from airport tired. Host helped us even when we checked out and returned to them later asking to help to sort out buses schedule some other questions. We didn't know where to go and they just kindly helped us. Very pleasant hosts. Highly recommended. Quiet backyard with shallow pool and it's great to spend there time during the most hot time.

We‘ve just returned from one week holidays in this hotel and would like to say BIG THANK YOU for all hotel staff for so pleasant holidays. Everything in this hotel was just amazing – room (suet with panoramic see view, verry big terrace and jacuzzi on it), cleaning the room, food and staff. We’ve never see so attentive and smiling staff (in any other 5* hotel). In each step of all stay we’ve felt welcome. Hotel situation is most beautiful place in Montenegro in my opinion (we were second time in Montenegro and travelled a lot by car). I wish for hotel management and staff to keep such high level of quality.

The hotel is a bit far from the old city. You need to take a taxi to get around or walk for about 1 hour. But it's very worth it for everything else! When we arrived we were very well received by the very friendly Olivera and Kristina. Then we were taken to the terrace for a welcome cocktail and the sunset view was simply stunning! All the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Our room with a view of the bay was absolutely clean and comfortable. Jovana, who was in charge of the tours, was extremely efficient in arranging the boat trip and car rental for us. The private beach in front of the hotel with its bar / restaurant was itself an attraction: clean, with comfortable furniture and good service. They went above and beyond to secure us a transfer when our original driver cancelled, and they were always more than happy to share local recommendations for places to eat or drink. This place was absolutely perfect. When we arrived we were checked in quickly and helped with the bags. The lovely lady on the desk also gave us a short cut to the old town from the apartments. The walk to the old town literally took us about 5-10 minutes but if you don’t fancy the walk a taxi was about €4. The view from the balcony made the apartment even better. We also had lunch and dinner in the apartments restaurant and it was absolutely gorgeous and again a beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again. Fantastic stay!

We spent a great week at Villa Dragana wich is located in Becici (like outer part of budva)., The owner (Dragana) is really kind and nice, she was flexible with the payment, waited us with beer, vine and home made cakes. The place is great, 3 rooms wih bathrooms, each has a balcony with a nice sea view, on the ground level you have a large living room with kithchen and dineing area plus the pool outside is huge the water is perfect. They maintained the house every day, washed the dishes, changed the towel, cleaned the whole house. They made us cake like every day, we even got a suvenir. Orderd us pizza and taxi etc. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel suite. Would recommand to everyone! Budva is nice and busy and there are a lot of travel options around the town! Thank you Dragana again!

We had a wonderful time at villa Nikoleta. The place has an amazing location overlooking the bay. The house is beautifully designed, very clean, spacious. Lots of sitting areas with glorious view. It even has an outdoor shower by the pool, well stocked outdoor kitchen, and a jacuzzi. The host was amazing, kept surprising us with food, drinks and lots of ice cream. Our children (and us) didn’t want to leave. Certainly the best house we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended!
