Everything was great! Superhost, owner is very kind and helpful - many thanks to him and his family! Room is clean with wide comfortable bed and nice terrace. Air-conditioning, water and wi-fi worked well. We took boat tour - it was fantastic)) I really liked that place. But it's too hot in Kotor in July. Better to come in June or Septrember. Location is on the hill - so we had intensive training for legs))), but for us it's ok. Shops and Old Town are in walking distance.

So hospitable hosts, we're so glad to stay here. That's especially important when you arrive to the property from airport tired. Host helped us even when we checked out and returned to them later asking to help to sort out buses schedule some other questions. We didn't know where to go and they just kindly helped us. Very pleasant hosts. Highly recommended. Quiet backyard with shallow pool and it's great to spend there time during the most hot time.

The hotel is a bit far from the old city. You need to take a taxi to get around or walk for about 1 hour. But it's very worth it for everything else! When we arrived we were very well received by the very friendly Olivera and Kristina. Then we were taken to the terrace for a welcome cocktail and the sunset view was simply stunning! All the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Our room with a view of the bay was absolutely clean and comfortable. Jovana, who was in charge of the tours, was extremely efficient in arranging the boat trip and car rental for us. The private beach in front of the hotel with its bar / restaurant was itself an attraction: clean, with comfortable furniture and good service. We had a wonderful time at villa Nikoleta. The place has an amazing location overlooking the bay. The house is beautifully designed, very clean, spacious. Lots of sitting areas with glorious view. It even has an outdoor shower by the pool, well stocked outdoor kitchen, and a jacuzzi. The host was amazing, kept surprising us with food, drinks and lots of ice cream. Our children (and us) didn’t want to leave. Certainly the best house we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Sve je savršeno! Sjajna lokacija, ukusno i moderno uređena soba, čisto i uredno. Iako je soba u strogom centru grada, zvučna izolacija je takva da kada zatvorite prozore, ne čuje se ama baš ništa. Plus, domaćin predusretljiv, dostupan za sva pitanja i savete gde jesti, šta videti. Bonus - zahvaljući sposobnom gazdi, imate čak i parking rešen :)! Sve u svemu - čista desetka!

Great location right in the old town. Very friendly staff and a really nice room and a lovely bathroom. We had two separate beds which were very comfortable. We had a balcony that overlooked the old town, so at night we would sit on the balcony, drink our tea and listen to live music from restaurants. Also a big plus for us is that they met our wishes for vegan options at breakfast very well. We had the best breakfast with lots of different options!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff were all so welcoming, going out of their way to make it special for us. We even had a private dining experience with a special tasting menu on their beautiful old balcony, overlooking the square below. We had a suite and it was so spacious, the bed was huge and really comfortable. Considering this place is right in the centre of the old town, we thought it was the best value for money of all the places we stayed at. Huge thank you to all of the team!

This place was absolutely perfect. When we arrived we were checked in quickly and helped with the bags. The lovely lady on the desk also gave us a short cut to the old town from the apartments. The walk to the old town literally took us about 5-10 minutes but if you don’t fancy the walk a taxi was about €4. The view from the balcony made the apartment even better. We also had lunch and dinner in the apartments restaurant and it was absolutely gorgeous and again a beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again. Fantastic stay!

The apartment was very beautiful and also clean! The view on the sea was amazing! The owner and his Family and the whole team arround maestral were very friendly and polite! It was the best holiday in Montenegro till now. You can take the kanu and the stand up paddle free of charge. It is a beautiful place for a romance couple stay! We spent a great week at Villa Dragana wich is located in Becici (like outer part of budva)., The owner (Dragana) is really kind and nice, she was flexible with the payment, waited us with beer, vine and home made cakes. The place is great, 3 rooms wih bathrooms, each has a balcony with a nice sea view, on the ground level you have a large living room with kithchen and dineing area plus the pool outside is huge the water is perfect. They maintained the house every day, washed the dishes, changed the towel, cleaned the whole house. They made us cake like every day, we even got a suvenir. Orderd us pizza and taxi etc. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel suite. Would recommand to everyone! Budva is nice and busy and there are a lot of travel options around the town! Thank you Dragana again!

The hosts and their family are super nice! Dean collected my family from the airport free of charge (it was a large group so he went twice to the airport). His wife greeted everyone with freshly brewed coffee and home-made lemonade :). The apartment was spacious and there were two big bedrooms - enough space for my family (5 adults and 2 children), they brought 2 cots for the toddlers. The place was clean and had lots of clean towels. The garden is nice and pretty with figs, kiwis and other fruit growing there, my family were very lucky to get treated to fresh fruit and some veggies by Dean's father. Also my family went on an amazing boat ride for half a day to see Tivat and the price was very reasonable, Dean organised it through his friend and his wife (the boat ride was exceptional and the hosts were lovely, my father even bought some fresh fish from them). Dean also helped organise a rental car for a reasonable price. Thank you very much for making my family feel so welcome! :)

Great location close to the water, and easy walk to the old town. Handsome modern building. We especially enjoyed the tasty breakfast on the terrace, looking at the passers-by and the sea. It is possible that this apartment has the loveliest hosts in all of Montenegro! They were kind, helpful, and ready to answer our every question, with excellent English! The apartment also offered a detailed sheet of facilities in the area (shops, beaches, etc.) as well as a list of the apartment rules (including tourist registration!). Having these in other apartments during our travels in the Balkans would have been a great help, and it's really good that the hosts in Okuka thought about it! Otherwise, the apartment is overlooking the main road to Tivat that goes around the peninsula (you know, the one that is either 1 lane or 2 lanes every 100 meters ;) ), but it is further up the hill, so you would not hear the traffic much. Tivat is 5 minutes by car, the ferry is 1 minute on foot, and you could even find a pretty good beach in 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment is located on the side of the hill, so you cannot get there by car - you would have to park on the shore, and walk up about 100 steps to the apartments. But this is a small price to pay for the view! As you may expect, the apartments are not huge (in fact, they only include a bedroom shared with a small kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, and a balcony with a fantastic view of the bay / ferry / hills.) But the bed is comfy, you can wake up with the view of the sea outside your window, and (I learned to highlight this about Montenegro) excellent hot water pressure. ;) The kitchen is functional, you can cook if you want, and you have your own fridge, too. There is air conditioning, and a flat TV (that we did not try, actually). Overall, I can only recommend apartment Okuka for a shorter stay or if you don't mind the small (but excellent) room. It is a great place and a great value for money, and the hosts are really the best!

Very worthy !!! We got on a special offer for June - the hotel has just opened. More precisely, this is not a hotel in the literal sense, but several identical villas and an administrative building with a reception, a restaurant and a bar. The villa is very spacious. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-dining room, living room, bedroom, guest bathroom, on the second floor there are two bedrooms and a living room. The bedrooms are very comfortable - each bathroom has a separate dressing room with a huge wardrobe. Classic style furniture - everything is new. The beds are large, the mattresses seem to be orthopedic. On each floor in the living room there is a huge TV with an unmeasured number of channels. Everything is done solidly - everywhere there is stone, terracotta. I was impressed by the spiral staircase to the second floor. Each has its own plot with trees, bushes, flowers, its own parking for 2 cars, its own small pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. We were only a couple of days, but we changed linen, towels for the house and sun loungers. We refused to change the dressing gowns. From the service - they are taken by minibus to the beach of your choice. We went once, the next day we just relaxed by the pool. Wi-Fi is normal, video calls were made to Russia. The restaurant - I liked it - tasty, low-fat. Definitely better than on the coast. The price tag is average.

Very cozy house, in a peaceful place. Everything is thought out to the details to make your stay more comfortable. The host, mr. Milic is the most friendly host we've ever seen, he met us during check-in and told us everything about the nearest shops, beaches etc. Also, he invited us to have a dinner with him at the boat-house, where he cooked fish and meat for us. We haven't seen such hospitality ever before. And we really appreciated for breakfasts and sandwiches that he prepared for us.

Wow this place is amazing, the villa was bigger than expected and had 3 floors with a terrace on each floor, 2 over looking Porto Montenegro which was lit up at night. It has loads of character and has been renovated to a very high standard. It is in a peaceful area up in the hills with rustic surroundings and a great walk up to the church on the top where you can see the whole bay. A car is essential as it is a 10 minute drive up the road to the villa, there is no walking to the shops but it is well worth it for the location. Just 20 minutes from Tivat airport was really handy and easy to get around everywhere else. Plenty of supermarkets (which stay open late) and restaurants a short drive away. The villa had a large kitchen/diner on the ground floor with everything in it including food and drink kindly provided by the lovely owners Rocco and Milka who made us feel extremely welcome. The first floor has a large living room with tv, an outside eating area to the back and terrace with view at the front. The top floor has a lovely bedroom with a huge comfy bed and a cleverly made mezzanine which the kids would love (if we had taken them with us!) but not suitable for very young kids. The bedroom has an amazing view looking out to the terrace. There is a lot of space outside with a private pool area, BBQ and lovely places to sit and relax. There is another Villa on the property also with its own pool and area, we were shown inside and is also beautifully built and decorated. We can't recommend the Old stone house enough, as long as you can walk up hills and steps, hire a car and want a peaceful location you can't go wrong. The pictures on booking.com are accurate. Top Tips: You'll need to pay cash at the property, credit cards are not excepted at the moment. Don't hire a car from Green Motion (the manager was less than professional) located at Tivat airport. Sixt were very good.

This is my third year coming to this hotel. Everything is extremely clean, tidy, the staff is friendly and professional. Special thanks to receptionist Leona who, after we arrived tired, asked the staff in the kitchen to give us dinner even though it was the end of business hours. Every night there was an entertainment program by the pool, we got towels on the beach, the beach is beautiful. When arriving or leaving the hotel, staff bring a car from the garage. Absolutely everything! Hotel is so nice, super clean, with the friendliest staff you can imagine. It has pretty little private beach in front, with superb service. Breakfast was also super nice, with wide choices and something new every day. We took stay with breakfast, but purchased dinner once and it was great too. Hotel has very. nice little spa with sauna, steam bath and small pool. Finally, on the check-in we got upgrade to see-side view room, free of charge. We would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone interested in relaxing stay.

Hotel Palma

Apartments Castello was perfect on every front: it was furnished with everything one could possibly need for a self-catered holiday, and offered the ideal retreat from Kotor's adventures and crowds. A small shop across the road from sells essentials, and larger supermarkets are located within easy reach. The view from the balcony of Apartment 4 is incredible. Apartments Castello is located c.4 minutes' walk to the beach and the promenade, which takes one to the Old Town within 8 minutes. Be aware that the path to the promenade involves stairs and rough terrain, and is not suitable for people with mobility impairments. Zoja is a wonderful hostess: helpful, generous and attentive, but never intrusive. In all, this was an ideal base from which to explore the town and the bay.

The guesthouse is a gem in the heart of the Old town. For me, it was love at first sight and the main reason to stay in Kotor, instead of some other place, during my visit to Montenegro. Every corner of the guesthouse is decorated with love and careful attention to every detail. You don't feel like you are staying at a hotel at all, but rather at a beautiful Italian palazzo. I want to thank Vladimir for many helpful pieces of advice, in particular, for restaurant and activities recommendations. It is a super modern hotel in the center of the old town. You only need to walk out of the hotel and you're on the central square already. The breakfast was awesome: it's a swedish table with a lot of delicious dishes and meal on any choice. The personnel was kind and friendly. Cleaning service visits your room every day. I gave some of my clothes to the laundry and received them in a clean and fresh state without any spots that had been on them before it (although I hadn't hoped that they could be removed). I was so impressed with my stay in Kotor so that I prolonged it to one another night. For those of you who haven't decided yet I advise to stay in Kotor for a little longer time (for sure you won't get bored if you choose to stay here for 2-3 days).

Hotel Vardar

The best place we have stayed in Montenegro during our vacation. Lovely spacious room with panoramic windows and sea view. Delicious homemade breakfasts right on your terrace. Availability of cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, soap), private beach two steps from the room, its own parking lot. And the most important thing is the atmosphere - pleasant, quiet, and cozy, which is conducive to relaxation. It is a pity there was no opportunity to stay longer since everything was booked till October ((( and the most important, this is the host, who kindly treated us with freshly baked pie and juice. and who did everything to make guests feel at home.

We stayed in the apartment for almost 2 weeks and the space was comfortable and big enough for a couple for a long stay. The location is excellent with the property right next to the North entrance of the old walled city. There is a shopping mall, Kotor beach and strand right outside the city entrance. It’s a 7 minute walk to the beach while being inside the old city. Great atmosphere overall, we felt really at home here. You have all amenities you need for a long stay, simple but adequately equipped kitchen, AC (HUGE plus), very large and comfy bed, good size bathroom, fast internet, separate sitting and dining area etc. In addition, Rara is a great host and helped us feel comfortable and safe during our entire stay. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is situated right on the bay! Gorgeous view from the terrace! It's so comfortable, clean and nice, very well equipped, perfect for a vacation! The ferry itself is not disturbing, it has it's own atmosphere watching people come and go on the ferry. The host and his family is absolutely wonderful!!!
