Everything was fantastic. We arrived in a terrific thunderstorm,and unfortunately the wind had blown the window in the room open and the floor was wet. We phoned down to reception, and within minutes we were given access to another room, which in fact was an upgrade. No extra charge was made and our 2 nights at the SPLENDID was absolutely superb.
