Interesting review:
The location of the hotel is great: close to the historical centre of the city, 5 minutes to the beach and restaurants. Nevertheless, the area is quiet enough. Also, the room is comfortable and extremely clean. The sea view is an extra bonus as well. What I liked the most is the cosy terrace near the swimming pool and a relaxing area with a bar that is open even at night. As for the breakfast, it is a usual French breakfast with coffee and croissants. Regarding the fact we had 10-nights stay, we got used to that food very quickly. So, I would like the hotel to offer different types of food or change the menu a little from time to time.

The hotel is little but very nice and comfortable. It is located near the train station and the main attractions in Cannes. You can enjoy your breakfast on the roof, with an amazing view of the city. Staff is very friendly.

Small but very well organised hotel, Very nice and helpful receptionist that went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Also suggested sites and very good restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the space was well used. I was also pleasantly surprised by the jacuzzi. All in all very nice hotel experience. Location is also very good right in the middle of the city close to the beach and close to old town. Break was good especially for a small hotel, good quality food well presented very clean proper and fresh.

Very clean, good facilities, breakfast was good, for the price, I had the economy room and for the price you get a better room than in Nice. 7 minutes walk to the beach, but you do pass through the town, so you can pick up some snacks on the way.

Everything was fantastic. We arrived in a terrific thunderstorm,and unfortunately the wind had blown the window in the room open and the floor was wet. We phoned down to reception, and within minutes we were given access to another room, which in fact was an upgrade. No extra charge was made and our 2 nights at the SPLENDID was absolutely superb. It was our first time staying with the Okko hotels. The location is in the caterer of the action next to the train station. The hotel was a pleasant surprise, modern and very comfortable. We loved the afternoon reception, great breakfast and friendly staff.

We stayed here for 11 nights and we think it was the best decision. It’s very close to local amenities. The A/C was exactly what we were expecting. The room is big enough to have the same comfort as home. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Wifi was working properly. We will definitely come back here.
