Very clean, good facilities, breakfast was good, for the price, I had the economy room and for the price you get a better room than in Nice. 7 minutes walk to the beach, but you do pass through the town, so you can pick up some snacks on the way.

It is a small hotel, where you are greeted with attention; it has a home atmosphere (and even the dog, a very friendly ine); the hotel has closed gates and entrance diors; rooms are ney renovated; supercomforable bed; large window ( in my room); the outside terace to relax; proximity to the main tourist shopping street ( 5 min); train station ( 5 mi); beach 15 min max.

The location of the hotel is great: close to the historical centre of the city, 5 minutes to the beach and restaurants. Nevertheless, the area is quiet enough. Also, the room is comfortable and extremely clean. The sea view is an extra bonus as well. What I liked the most is the cosy terrace near the swimming pool and a relaxing area with a bar that is open even at night. As for the breakfast, it is a usual French breakfast with coffee and croissants. Regarding the fact we had 10-nights stay, we got used to that food very quickly. So, I would like the hotel to offer different types of food or change the menu a little from time to time.

This charming hotel a few minutes above Cannes town centre has real character and flair. The owner, who welcomed me at reception and served me my apéritif upon arrival also designed each room individually and has taken great care to give her hotel a personal atmosphere, with a library, literary quotes in the hall and stairwell, and a gorgeous garden. For dinner, I followed her recommendation for a seafood restaurant by the harbour and while they were at first reluctant to fit me into their fully-booked terrace, her name proved to be the magic word and suddenly a table was found... – Highly recommended.

We like the swimming pool which was big, clean, with sunbeds. We like the mobile house, the fact that it got all the appliances you need for cooking. Nice shower, nice toilet, small bedrooms, but quite enough for 4 person. We like the house deck, the trees, the ambiance, the fact that all is well mentaind.
