Location was great, very nice neighberhood and close to the archeological site. Everything was super clean and comfy, fully furnished kitchen with tea and coffe to drink. The host was also very nice and responded for my messages very quickly. I can higly recommend this place.

We were in Patros for one night only. The hotel is perfectly located to discover the city and only a few minutes walk to all the transfer points: KTEL bus station, train station, port. The hotel looks new and very clean. Our room was clean, functional and at the same time with a touch of style. The bed was comfortable, internet connection worked well. Breakfast was rich and served at the table bcs of the corona situation. Personnel was helpful, although we had a small issue at the end: we were charged for an extra breakfast by mistake and discovered it after departure. The hotel admitted this mistake and promissed to return money. Still, considering the price, the overall experience is very good and value for money.

The hostess of Pramataris was exceptional. Very nice lady and accomodating, you feel more that you have come to stay at a relative's place than that you have rented a room. The breakfast was great and filling, and the location is right next to a small but very beautiful beach awarded with a blue flag for its cleanliness, and very close to the bridge that leads to the island of Monemvasia. 10/10 one of the best experiences this year!

Spacious, comfortable and clean apartment and balcony. From the apartment and balcony your view is the castle, a part of Nafplion, the bay and mountains in the distance. The lady of the hotel is warm and kind.

The location is perfect. The room had a magnificent view, it was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Our host, Angeliki, made our stay even better with her lavish, varied and always soooo tasteful homemade breakfast. We had a great time at Kotroni Villas and we would certainly visit again.

We had the family room and it was great. We very much enjoyed the balcony. The location is great, right in the center of town. The owner was very nice and they gave us beer on arrival. It was great to have a kitchenette. There is private parking right in front of the accommodation.

Our room was fantastic, looking way better than in the picture, all new and modern design and it even had a nice terrace. It even had a fulky equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, walking distance to the temple and restaurants. The staff was so nice and still served us delicious breakfast even though we overslept massively. I would certainly stay here again

Beautiful and well kept ....the rooms were extremely clean, small but very comfortable. The owners are so friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant and food was best we ever had. We will return again!!

The breakfast was excellent with fresh local ingredients like jam, honey and orange juice. We also liked the dinners in the hotel's taverna very much, especially the lamb chops. Our room was fine, normal sized, with a large shower.

We liked everything. The location was great, sea view from our balcony, only 5 minutes walk to the marina and also plenty of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Very friendly staff, we felt at home at all times. The room was spacious and the bathroom was not big but what we needed. We had great time, thanks. Last year we stayed in a hotel in Kalamata beach near the end of Navarinou street (which was really nice too and more luxurious) but we enjoyed our stay at Ostria more because of the views, the proximity to other areas and that we didn't have to take the car for everything. There are also sunbeds at the beach bar that you can use for free (it wasn't busy at the end of October). I think it is a great place to stay in Kalamata seafront. I don't know how busy it may be during the busy season but for autumn it is a great place.

Everything was perfect. This was the best place I have stayed in Greece. The host was extremely nice giving his own home grown fruits and helping answer questions whenever needed. The apartment was fully stocked with water, coffee and other added bonuses. The view from the apartment was phenomenal along with the pool. Already planning a return to this property asap :)
