We liked everything about Hotel Lagoona. It was our 2nd stay so we kind of knew that it would be a pleasant stay. We appreciated the clean and spacious, room, the nice fruit basket surprise in the room upon arrival. We loved the food: good variety and always fresh. I would also like to highlight the friendly staff who made our staff who are very helpful if you have a question. The pool area is very nice and it is right on the promenade, a short walk from the center and from the beach. Also conveniently located to the coral beach (bus 15 and 16) and to Ramon Airport (bus 50Aa), the bus stop is just a few steps away from the hotel.

Hotel is nice with many facilities, room is decently large, it is exactly what I would expect from a good 4* in Europe for example. Bus from the city is very good also connecting with Ramon Airport.

We had really good time in Astral Palma hotel. Hotel staff is amazing - from the very first step they helped us in everything (preparing early breakfast for our Jerusaleum trip, recommendations for outside trips, extra water and longer check out on our last day). Pool area is nice and relaxed - great place to enjoy sunny Eilat!
