When booking, I asked for a non-smoking room, gave 402 - really without the smell of cigarettes (last visit they gave me a room on the 2nd floor, which turned out to be smoky), and the windows overlook the courtyard to a guarded parking lot, it is convenient to look after the car and it is quiet. I liked the friendly staff, responded quickly to requests. The room and the hotel as a whole are very clean. The breakfast was delicious, but because I don't eat sausage, I didn't have enough fruit, some apple :) Nice hotel, I will stay here in the future :))

I liked the location of the hotel very much. In the heart of Aktobe) The cleanliness of the rooms is perfect. The room was overlooking the stadium field, the view was awesome! As for breakfast, the menu can be made richer. But my preferences were always taken into account. Once they could not cook what I wanted in the form of compensation, they fed me a free dinner !!!
