Excellent hotel. I liked the service and the quick response of the staff to my requests (transfer of the package to the room, ironing, breakfast in the room, etc.) Delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean, warm and you can see that the hotel has been renovated and smells fresh. I recommend and recommend to everyone. I would rate the hotel at 4 *.

Location in the city center (everywhere you can walk) Comfort. Very good breakfast (buffet and good choice of food). The staff are very attentive and the service is wonderful. I was satisfied with my stay. When I visit Almaty again, I will definitely stop here.

I would highly recommend this hotel for the following: 1) Extremely helpful staff - our flight delayed for 7 hours and they went out of the way to prepare a breakfast box for us early next morning and even granted us the extension of stay with the same discounted rate the day before They were very helpful in booking cabs for us and providing us info about the costs too 2) 24 hour stay policy 3) Bathroom layout was extremely practical and fuss free 4) Spacious room and overall layout
