Dostyk Hotel is one of the iconic places of Almaty. Located in the heart of the city, it is an absolute ideal place to live. My stay was exceptionally good- I was upgraded to a super presidential suite. The staff was amazing. The only minus is the absence of eatery, the hotel restaurant is closed (due to COVID19). They serve a small breakfast in the bar and there is a room service. But there are plenty bars and good restaurants nearby. Overall it was a great stay! Come back again❤️

Thanks to the staffs, they were kind :) My room was clean every day. The room was a single room but I felt it was big because the ceiling was high. The bed, duvet and the pillows were soft so I could sleep well. The restaurant was good, there were many kinds of dishes and those were tasty. I had good breakfast and dinner time there. Thanks to RENION PARK HOTEL!!

10 points: - location, there is a guarded parking; - the hotel is new, opened in 2019. Accordingly, new furniture and all interior elements; - cleanliness. Xisto everywhere, from the hotel room to the changing rooms in the spa; - SPA! Luxurious large pool with very warm water and jacuzzi. Even the smallest children will be comfortable there. The depth of the pool is 1.30-1.40. There are 3 saunas, and comfortable changing rooms with towels, bathrobes and new slippers! (for residents the visit is free). I also want to note that there is a cool relaxation zone and a salt room. As well as excellent massages; - the number itself, even the Standard will be big! A huge king-size bed, unrealistically comfortable mattress and pillows. Good TV with cable, large wardrobe, safe, work area and sitting area - armchairs or a sofa;
