We stayed in this beautiful little hotel on our way through Kazakhstan. We were due to stay just 2 nights but ended up staying 3 as we loved it! Wonderful staff, very helpful and friendly. Exceptionally clean and nicely decorated rooms, and a lovely breakfast. The manager also offered us a complimentary meal in the restaurant as it was my birthday which was very kind and the meal was delicious! Would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely little hotel

Dostyk Hotel is one of the iconic places of Almaty. Located in the heart of the city, it is an absolute ideal place to live. My stay was exceptionally good- I was upgraded to a super presidential suite. The staff was amazing. The only minus is the absence of eatery, the hotel restaurant is closed (due to COVID19). They serve a small breakfast in the bar and there is a room service. But there are plenty bars and good restaurants nearby. Overall it was a great stay! Come back again❤️

The hotel exceeded my expectations considerably! I wasn't expecting there to be much comfort anywhere in Kyzylorda, as it doesn't attract many travellers, even within Kazakhstan. I can confidently say this is the best place to stay in the town. The staff were friendly, very helpful and also spoke some English. Breakfast, Wifi and all facilities were up to scratch too. I will stay again if ever in Kyzylorda again.

Beautiful location, getting better at the evening, when it’s only for a hotel guests. Nice eco style experience with an attentive staff. We had a special request for a vegan breakfast. And we got it. It was delicious. I just wish to have blackouts on the windows, since we had a kid staying with us. Also a better sound isolation. Apart of these small things everything was very good. Hopefully we will be back in winter.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and within short walking distance of the historical section of the city. I accidentally booked the wrong days for my stay, and the manager made the change for me at no extra cost. She met me early in the morning upon my arrival and let me enter the apartment immediately at no extra charge. She provided water, tea, cookies, and information about local food and taxi services. It was almost hard to believe that a rental owner would be so considerate and accommodating

Convenient location for car travelers who transit through Pavlodar: the hotel is near the junction, there is no need to waste time traveling through the city. Clean room, white linens. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Quiet, calm: neither neighbors nor the street could be heard. All this contributed to an excellent rest after a long journey, restoration of strength for further travel.

Liked everything. We took a suite - the 17th floor - a great view, an incredibly comfortable two-room suite with a bath, shower and two bathrooms, a dressing room. As an additional service, we had access to the business lounge (from morning to night tea, coffee, snacks). On Sunday they gave me a solid voucher for dinner at Vista restaurant. Lovely pool, two saunas, towels, bathrobes. The staff is polite, friendly, all wishes were instantly fulfilled. Excellent value for money! Breakfast is good enough. The choice of one a la carte aesthetic dish is lacking. But overall the buffet is plentiful. I recommend the hotel and the room type!

The hotel looks really like an ESTATE with a sick area, modern renovation in the room! This hotel is more of a restaurant-hotel complex where weddings and celebrations are held. Stayed in room # 2: the photos on the site matched, the bed is soft, comfortable and large, big TV. The room is clean and comfortable. No cleaning was done during my stay (2 days). The room had everything you needed (soap, gel and shampoo, towels, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrush with paste, etc.). The room also had water (0.5 - 2 pcs.) - free of charge and there is an electric kettle, coffee and tea. And what really helped was the ironing board and iron. The rooms have a refrigerator. The rooms are non-smoking (and this is a big PLUS for me). Wi-Fi is great and free))). The territory of the hotel is large, but without trees, there are several gazebos, mini golf and a playground. The hotel staff are friendly and polite, they gave clear explanations on all issues and helped in everything.
