Liked everything. We took a suite - the 17th floor - a great view, an incredibly comfortable two-room suite with a bath, shower and two bathrooms, a dressing room. As an additional service, we had access to the business lounge (from morning to night tea, coffee, snacks). On Sunday they gave me a solid voucher for dinner at Vista restaurant. Lovely pool, two saunas, towels, bathrobes. The staff is polite, friendly, all wishes were instantly fulfilled. Excellent value for money! Breakfast is good enough. The choice of one a la carte aesthetic dish is lacking. But overall the buffet is plentiful. I recommend the hotel and the room type!

The staff was extra helpful. The room is a very good value for the comfort and size. the bed is fantastic. Essentially, despite the location, this is a good value. Oh and they will take care of food or coffee needs at any hour of the night.

First time stayed at this hotel. New modern hotel. Great location and view from the window (we could see the park from our window). Very cozy and ergonomic lobby! Breakfasts are good, very tasty porridge! There is also a coffee machine where you can make a cappuccino completely free of charge - which is great, because in general, in hotels you have to pay for cappuccino separately. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Quite large rooms, by the way. Photos on the site are fully true! I will definitely stay again and recommend to my friends!

The room is after renovation, we were resting with my family, me, my husband and 8 month old baby. We paid for a business room, we were placed in a suite with a gorgeous view and a bathroom without additional fees, which is very, very pleasant. Excellent breakfasts. The spa did not work completely, because after the quarantine they did not have time to open, but the spa is gorgeous, the gym, the pool, the baths of the world are included in the price of living and are worth a visit, believe me. Change of linen, towels and cleaning of the room daily, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free cot in the room for the baby. I definitely recommend and will always stay here.

There was a transit trip through Uralsk. She stayed at the Victoria Hotel. I arrived at night with a big delay, but hoped that the reception was round-the-clock, so I wouldn't stay on the street. A polite girl greeted me. The room is clean, comfortable, equipped with a kettle, coffee and tea bags, 2 bottles of water with and without gas. There is everything you need. In the morning they called me a taxi, after a good rest at the hotel, I continued the trip.

The hotel is clean and warm. Looks expensive, especially at the reception) The dining area is beautiful, the food is delicious. We stayed in a standard room, the bathroom has shower gel, soap, even cotton swabs and a disposable shaving machine) the bedding is very good. A large shopping center with a supermarket, shops and a food court is within a 5-minute walk.

One of the advantages of the hotel is its location. In the very center of the left bank, within walking distance to most attractions and an excellent view from the window. Rooms are clean, tidy, equipped with quality furniture and comfortable enough. Also, it will not be superfluous to mention the presence of a full bath, which is undoubtedly a big plus.
