This is a very big complex in a green neighborhood next to the central park. Our rooms were in a new small building next to the main one. Rooms are new, clean and very spacious with air conditioning, hairdryer, fridge, tv. We really liked them. Breakfast was in the main building, a good one with coffee, pancakes, cinnamon buns, cheese, vegetables, etc.

This place is lovely! I didn't want to leave! :) Spotless clean, and much larger than expected. I had everything I needed for the short stay, including a washing machine. The Wifi worked gerat, too! The host was very helpful and booked a taxi to the airport for me. The place is a little far from the city center/station/bus station, but then Karaganda is quite a "stretched-out" town. I still walked everywhere, but buses to the center pass along the road. The aparthotel is easy to find by its bright blue roof and is also perfectly pin-pointed on Google Maps.

Stayed at the Hermes Hotel for two nights in mid-November. A single room meets all the necessary requirements of a hotel of this level: it was clean, not hot, did not smell of tobacco; there were even slippers and a bathrobe (by the way, I used a bathrobe when visiting the sauna and swimming pool, which are located in the same complex). The room rate also included breakfast, which I was also pleased with. It's nice that on the second day they offered a different menu (in some hotels, the composition of the dishes does not change all week).
