The staff was extra helpful. The room is a very good value for the comfort and size. the bed is fantastic. Essentially, despite the location, this is a good value. Oh and they will take care of food or coffee needs at any hour of the night.

Staff was friendly, the hotel looks a little bit bizzare, especially the Egyptian style lobby, but rooms were comfortable and otherwise it was good with perfect position for a morning flight.

Excellent hotel! Location on the Ulba embankment. Very comfortable and cozy. Lovely restaurant. Very nice staff, polite, helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. In general, I recommend, if there is a need to visit Ust Kamenogorsk, to stay at this hotel.

Nice mini-hotel for a couple of days. Conveniently located, next to a park, a good English pub where you can dine. The room is clean, there is a disposable toothbrush, comb, toothpaste. Teapot and packets of black and green tea. There is a paid mini-bar (fridge) with beer, nuts, soda, but I didn't use it. In general, a very comfortable hotel with a fresh renovation. Perfect choice to stay in Ust Kamenogorks. The rooms are not the biggest but new and very clean. I like to highlight the hospitals of Aselya. She proactively approached me to check if I need assistance before arrival, and she organized the pick up from the airport for me.
