Stayed with dad for 1 night. I mixed up the address and called the front desk, the sweet girl answered in a sympathetic, pacifying tone. This is so important when you are tired, you cannot find the address and answer the call as a breath of fresh air and an influx of strength. They met us with the same positive emotions. The room is clean, tidy, has everything you need (kettle, microwave oven, cutlery, glasses, bathrobe, shoe spoon, clothesbrush, toiletries and even a flashlight) and this reflects the hotel's concern for the guests. There is an ashtray on the balcony, but there is no smell of cigarettes in the room and balcony. Breakfast was brought in at an agreed time. Delicious, satisfying. Parking for cars under the windows of the hotel. We were very satisfied. Thanks!

Liked everything. We settled in very quickly. They responded to any requests very quickly, politely and with a smile. We lived in a Junior Suite, a large room, a large bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. The water park is small, but children can swim, go downhill, there is a complex of baths and saunas. A wonderful hotel in the center of Barnaul. I had the cheapest room (economy) which exceeded my expectations. The room is not at all small in size, it has everything you need, incl. a bottle of water every day, shower accessories, hairdryer. Wonderful wifi without interruption! There is a wonderful business lounge on the 1st floor where you can work on your computer if necessary. The staff is polite and helpful. Thanks for my very early check-in :))) The breakfasts are lovely and filling, the dinners (buffet) more than worth the price. Nearby public transport stops, shops, everything is very convenient. I will return to Barnaul again and only to this hotel.

You can even order lunch and dinner. There is an indoor pool on the territory of the hotel, but it was not possible to use it - the water is cold, only after the bath is good. The area is well-groomed, coniferous trees, descent to the beach. The room is spacious, cleaning is at your request. We are very glad that we stayed at this hotel.

Prompt solution of issues! The hotel staff really cares about the guests' rest and is attentive to all requests! Very beautiful and multifunctional area (gazebos, sports ground, terrace, parking, barbecue, + sauna, billiards and a whole kitchen for guests!)! A restaurant with a delicious menu! Library (however, it was not possible to spend much time in it).
