This was just a perfect stay, we loved it all! We visited in winter and the park was so beautiful and covered in snow. Our apartment was amazing with large windows overseeing the forest and river. On top of that; a cute restaurant with good breakfast, a beautiful russian banya you can sign up for and very helpful, kind and cheerful staff! (For other foreigners; we travel the trans-Mongolian train route, but rented a car at Novosibirsk airport: very easy! From there you can drive a beautiful 500 km road to Cheposh)

I stayed just one night here on a trip round the Altai. This is one of two resort type places in the region, a large gated area taking up most of a valley, and with a whole lot of amenities, including a skating rink as well as a swimming pool.

You do not notice anything except the forest, Katun and boundless happiness, nothing prevents you from resting. As for the room service, I am infinitely happy about this. Separately, it is convenient to communicate with the staff via WhatsApp! Everything is done very quickly by the reception, friendly, pleasant staff. There is a playground for children, but most of all I was impressed by the children's room, it was raining on our arrival and with small children this is a huge salvation. Thank you very much for the level of service in everything! The quality of the houses themselves, the level of staff, delicious food, thank you. Gazebos are free for residents, they light a fire. Excellent wooden houses, they smell like wood, it makes it more pleasant to be in it, there are heaters everywhere, friendly and customer-oriented administrators. We first booked a hunter's house, but when we arrived we saw that another house was free, we agreed on the spot on the surcharge and moved to another house, separate from everyone. After a day, it was clear that it was not comfortable to sleep on the couch, and the next day, after talking with the administrators, we moved to where the bed was. There were no problems at all, tk. the houses were mostly empty, the season was over. Thank you very much for your smiles, friendliness and customer focus.

Great staff, fantastic location, best restaurant with a view around... Lots of sweet little things that caught our attention, like solar lights as you walk small path to your cabin and around the property, being able to use grills to prepare our own dinner, lounge chairs, which property management happily provided upon request. We were told a pool and a playground were coming soon. Overall, loved our stay with Altay Sense!

There is a small, but heated, clean pool, round the clock, I note. Separately, I was pleased with the food - full board, very tasty, prepared from the heart. Moreover, the food is healthy. There is a good playroom, animators for children. Spa and wellness treatments. In general, we liked it, we will come back again!

We have been resting at this hotel since 2012 several times a year, always friendly staff, they are greeted with a smile, the rooms are clean, white bed linen. Located in the very center. It is a pity that recently it is very difficult to book a room, everything is always busy, you have to book 2, 3 months in advance, but this speaks of the demand for the hotel.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Barnaul. I had the cheapest room (economy) which exceeded my expectations. The room is not at all small in size, it has everything you need, incl. a bottle of water every day, shower accessories, hairdryer. Wonderful wifi without interruption! There is a wonderful business lounge on the 1st floor where you can work on your computer if necessary. The staff is polite and helpful. Thanks for my very early check-in :))) The breakfasts are lovely and filling, the dinners (buffet) more than worth the price. Nearby public transport stops, shops, everything is very convenient. I will return to Barnaul again and only to this hotel.
