For a small price, you get a great night's sleep in a clean room, clean linen, bath and shower. The hotel is small, but the rooms are comfortable, there is a TV, bed, bedside tables, bottled water. The area is normal, parking is under the window. Quiet center. There is a sauna in the building, I don't know how it was on the weekend, but it was quiet with us, no noisy companies, everything is decent and functional. Pancakes and tea for breakfast.

Amazing place, magical. Animals are dogs, cats, the pond is gorgeous, there are plenty of fish, small crucians, which the local cat is looking forward to, together with the fisherman. Apple trees are simply gorgeous. I was very surprised by this place. A two-room studio is generally a bomb. It has absolutely everything, even something that you would never think. I recommend this amazing place to everyone.

Clean bathroom, there were no problems with hot water. Cleaning every 3-5 days or on request, but we didn't need it.

We had a rest with our family: me, my husband and daughter from 8 to 10 May in the "IOK" chalet. Wonderful owners - very friendly, attentive, friendly people! The house exceeded all our expectations! The panoramic window makes a lasting impression. Everything in the house is tastefully selected to the smallest detail. Very clean! Snow-white bed, towels. There is everything you need. Very atmospheric house! The stay was unforgettable!

The hotel has a good location at the entrance to the resort area of Belokurikha. The room is clean and spacious enough. There is everything you need to stay (refrigerator, air conditioner, kettle with cups, TV and even bathrobes and disposable slippers). The hotel has a cafe with very decent cuisine. In the mornings, this cafe provides decent breakfasts included in the price (porridge, scrambled eggs, tea or coffee). Discounts are available for lunch and dinner at this cafe. Stayed with a family (2 adults, 2 children 4 and 6 years old) at the base on June 17-18, 2021. From the photographs, they expected that it would not be very good, but when they arrived, they were simply stunned! This is a quiet, fabulous, family-friendly place! We were met by the hostess Larissa, she explained and showed us everything. We had a detached house (there are still two-story houses there), this is very cool, there is no noise from us to neighbors and vice versa;) The house has everything, from furniture and towels to even a huge amount of detergent and dishwashing liquid ! We liked the territory very much, the barbecues are all under a canopy, given that the weather is changeable, it's super! For children there is a large trampoline, a sandpit with toys, a swing and a small pool. The area is very clean and well appointed! Bet 10 out of 10 !!
