Very nice guest house, Very clean and smells good in the room. There is a parking lot on the territory of the guest house, which was very important for us as travelers with a car. Room with a balcony, where it is possible to dry things. To the sea - 10 minutes walk, past shops and cafes. Wonderful fresh breakfasts. Helpful staff. Very hospitable hostess.

All liked it. We lived in a modern building, a room with a balcony, all the amenities in the room, quiet at night, close to the beach, next to a shop with everything you need. Equipped kitchen, barbecue in the yard, swimming pool. Responsive and attentive hosts. Recommended! We will come again.

We came for two days to visit the Aqualoo water park. Therefore, we chose housing in relative proximity to it. Located 20 minutes walk from the water park. Friendly staff and hosts! The room and bathroom are large. Swimming pool with a two-level depth (suitable for both adults and children), kitchen bar. Plenty of seating by the pool. I liked the very good attitude, they respond to requests adequately and quickly. We recommend it to families with children.

I left the room and was already on the sea, the proximity of shops, cafes. The first time we lived in the boathouse, I really liked that there were not many rooms. The window to a quiet courtyard, there was never any extraneous noise, even Russian Railways was not audible. Everything is there and everything works as it should, hot water always. On the 1st floor there is a common kitchen, who loves to cook and not rest on vacation, there are no problems with utensils. If any questions arise, they are immediately resolved by the hostess Tatyana, for which special thanks to her, maybe not often You will meet such kind and sympathetic people. In general, we lived these 8 days at home, did not want to leave. We plan to return here when there is an opportunity. Once again, many thanks to Tatiana and her family for their hospitality !!!

The owner Alexey helps with any questions and generally maintains a pleasant atmosphere in the house. Everything is new, appliances and furniture are in perfect condition. The sea and mountain views are magnificent. An elevated hotel - always fresh air, not hot, quiet at night; for those who wish, Aleksey makes a transfer to the central street several times a day, but we walked with pleasure. In the courtyard, entertainment for children and a swimming pool were very helpful.
