A "Grande Dame" hotel in the heart of the city - only a 15 minute walk to Red Square. Fantastic old-world elegant hotel experience. This was my 3rd stay with them. A most professional staff when it comes to feeling accommodated, and getting things done. Great establishments, hire great people - Wonderful service oriented staff.

Perfect location, close to Bolshoi Theater, 6 min walk to Red square, across the street is Shopping center TSUM, the room was very clean and what was the most important for me that time (cos I've traveled in winter) - that its' warm in the room. And it was. Plus is also a water heater - so you can make yourself a coffee or tee. The staff was really nice and friendly. I will recommend this hotel.

An original hotel with plenty of mirrors, music stereo, ambient lightning, all perfectly made for tender nights in couple. It is very clean, with gentle staff and also very quiet.
