Many thanks to the staff for the opportunity to relax after a hard day behind the wheel. Excellent breakfast in the morning, everything is fresh, the coffee is delicious, the girls are friendly. Attention! They work strictly according to the rules, a birth certificate for the child is required.

The location could not have been better. It was near the town center and only a 15 minute walk from the rail station. The room itself was gorgeous too. The shower was fantastic, which is I think needs to be said because usually showers in this region are substandard. The staff was incredibly nice and the front desk woman speaks a little English, which is also unusual for this region.

Amazing hotel in the center of Rostov. Staff is really friendly. We came earlier and hotel didn’t charge extra for that. For the late checkout hotel charge on hourly rate! Not 50% like most of the hotel. It will save you money. Restaurant is really amazing.

Arrived on the opening day, at the front desk they gave a compliment to the gift from the hotel, as I am the second visitor and coincides with the opening date. Loved the design of the hotel, it is different from the facade. The restaurant is open around the clock, which is a big plus. For me, a very convenient location, close to work.

Clean, cozy, polite and friendly attitude of the staff, and most importantly - a large closed parking lot right under the windows - ideal for car travelers who want to stay in the very center of the city. The hotel is located near the art school, which gives the name to its authenticity. There are a bunch of establishments, restaurants and historical buildings nearby.

We were here for the second time, after the first visit there was no doubt where to stay in Rostov. But we got a nice bonus - an increase in the room status as a compliment from the hotel. Very nice. The location for car travelers is perfect! All small toothbrushes, slippers, corkscrew, bottle opener and so on are provided. Very nice staff - both the girls at the counter and the guy helping to park the car. Thanks!
