Amazing hotel in the center of Rostov. Staff is really friendly. We came earlier and hotel didn’t charge extra for that. For the late checkout hotel charge on hourly rate! Not 50% like most of the hotel. It will save you money. Restaurant is really amazing.

Very convenient location, close to the embankment. Breakfasts are a separate beautiful story, in a very beautiful stylish Taras, breakfast of 3 positions and 2 drinks. Everything is delicious, in Ginza's signature style. The hotel is new, the rooms are in Art Nouveau style, cleanliness is monitored. The staff is always ready to help.

Beautiful place! And it doesn't matter what time of day you are there - they will always feed and bathe in a huge pool (everything works around the clock), which is difficult to overestimate in a car or motorcycle trip. Moreover, the food is very tasty. The rooms are wonderful.

High quality hotel, very much Excellent location, ample parking! The staff is polite, answered all the questions that arose during the check-in, showed the spa area, escorted to the room. The room was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and interior. Great mattress. The pool, the spa, the pool area are all great. I liked it very much.

Utkino is a great place where you can relax with the whole family! Amazing nature! You can walk for hours, a large number of leisure activities for every taste, there is an opportunity for the female family to go to the spa, while the men are hunting or fishing. Delicious breakfasts. I liked the fact that when the hotels were fully loaded, there were almost no video of visitors.

Everything is well conceived and organized - obviously this is one of the best hotels in Rostov. There is also a conference and spa and a club on the -1 floor. Good lifts, large parking and, most importantly, the location - the theater square, park, embankment - everything is close by.
