Stayed with my husband on the way south and back. I liked everything, the location, the room, and the breakfast. The staff is just a miracle ... my husband and I travel a lot, but I have never met such a responsive, friendly, smiling and benevolent staff. And their own brewery is great, the beer is delicious. Amazing hotel in the center of Rostov. Staff is really friendly. We came earlier and hotel didn’t charge extra for that. For the late checkout hotel charge on hourly rate! Not 50% like most of the hotel. It will save you money. Restaurant is really amazing.

The best hotel during our trip from St. Petersburg to Krasnodar Territory and back. Perfectly clean, the room is tastefully decorated, there is a thick light carpet on the floor, high ceilings, air conditioning, large plasma TV, refrigerator. The bathroom has an electric heated towel rail - this is very convenient. There are disposable slippers. Separate kitchen - there is everything you need: dishes, cutlery, microwave oven, even a washing machine. In short, I highly recommend it.

Perfectly clean, large room, nice furniture, albeit slightly shabby, very comfortable bed. Nice courtyard, all in flowers, its own parking. They calmly accepted us with a dog (husky, that is, a decent size). Everything you need to have in the bathroom is: a full set of towels, shampoo / shower gel, soap, hair dryer. There is a cafe, we had a good breakfast there and drank good brewed coffee. Very nice staff, all friendly.

The location could not have been better. It was near the town center and only a 15 minute walk from the rail station. The room itself was gorgeous too. The shower was fantastic, which is I think needs to be said because usually showers in this region are substandard. The staff was incredibly nice and the front desk woman speaks a little English, which is also unusual for this region.

There is also a large outdoor pool and sun loungers. The parking lot is large, also on the territory behind the fence + video surveillance, which is convenient for a transit stop.

Great small cozy hotel! My family and I in four rested in room (5). Very spacious, comfortable and clean. The room has a hairdryer, towels, slippers and bed linen, a small refrigerator and a microwave oven. The staff is helpful! A good hotel, we got a large room, two-room, everything is in the room, a TV in every room, the air conditioner was very useful, it was hot outside. Well-groomed very green area with 2 outdoor pools. Decently furnished rooms in 3 storey villas. A great place to relax on the banks of the Don from May to October. Levberdon's best restaurants and the new football stadium are within walking distance. Great views of the city and the river. On the berth there are motor yachts for every taste and company size. One of the favorite places for newlyweds for photo shoots.

Stayed 2 nights. Wonderful, cozy little hotel. The original interior design, the rooms are decorated in the styles of different countries. We lived in a Greece room on the second floor. Towels were changed every day. Breakfast according to the selected menu is served from 7.30 to 10.00 in the lobby on the ground floor, the cost is 300 rubles per person, or is included in the room rate, depending on the category. Convenient location - 5-10 minutes at a leisurely pace to the embankment and the same to the central, Bolshaya Sadovaya street. Good value for money. Thanks to the admin girls. Utkino is a great place where you can relax with the whole family! Amazing nature! You can walk for hours, a large number of leisure activities for every taste, there is an opportunity for the female family to go to the spa, while the men are hunting or fishing. Delicious breakfasts. I liked the fact that when the hotels were fully loaded, there were almost no video of visitors.

The hotel is three stars, but it feels like a solid four. Luxurious green area. Near the lake. Very clean. Friendly staff. There is a restaurant and a summer terrace. Waitress Olya - smiling, polite, served very quickly (please, note this). I would return to this hotel again.
