Everything was exceptional. I have stayed at other Four Seasons hotels but can say this is one of the best. I can not fault anything about the hotel - staff, rooms, location, facilities, cleanliness (particularly during the pandemic). All staff also speak excellent English and I would say the hotel is better geared to deal with English speakers than any other I have stayed at in Russia. Thank you so much to the Four Seasons St Petersburg for making our stay so enjoyable. We will certainly be back!

This is certainly one of the most incredible 5 stars where I've stayed. The hotel by itself is a real historical palace. The room (Junior suite) was wonderful with plenty of small details I've never seen anywhere else. The staff was perfect, smiley with a lot of delicate attentions. An absolutely stunning apartment in the heart of the city, by the Champ de Mars. The sunset view of the city from the windows is magical, a real St. Petersburg atmosphere: roofs, seagulls, historical buildings. Near the embankment, during the navigation period you can look at the drawbridges at least every evening. The cool design of the rooms will delight the hearts of aesthetes. Own kitchen area for those who like to cook their own breakfasts, coffee machine. But there are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful place! I recommend with all my heart!
