    If you are staying at this hotel make sure you book the river view on a Aurora cruiser. The food at the restaurant on the top floor was gorgeous, hospitality was outstanding - waitress was very kind and helpful in choosing the food and wine.

    Good sized very clean room with comfortable beds, quiet location, excellent WiFi and hot shower. The free 24/7 hot and cold drinking water was appreciated as was the basic breakfast...although small, the food was fresh and seconds were available. Do not be put off buy the exterior of the building, the interior will surprise you. An elevator is also in operation to take you up to the hotel. The location is excellent, everything is within a short walking distance....the attractions, transport, supermarket, shops, restaurants and specialty stores. The staff who all speak English can only be described as excellent and went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable, their warm welcome upon arrival, general assistance with local information and direction was very much appreciated. Having 24 hour front desk staff further enhanced our stay as assistance was always available. Highly recommend.

    The staff was super nice and friendly and explained me what they have for gluten free breakfast. Everything from check in to check out went perfectly and was super easy. The hotel was nice and quiet even though the room was next to a big street we were still able to sleep very well.

    Everything was perfect : the whole hotel is a real palace , the rooms / suite are decorated in a luxury style, large and comfortable, the view on the Neva is beautiful. The team (Roman and Alexandra) is very professional and kind, they made my stay unforgettable.     Wonderful hotel, you can get everything in this building. Generally we satisfied. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was rich and good. There are two restaurants super market, metro station under the hotel building and wellness.

    The view from the Hotel room had me up all night. It was trully magnificent. Would want to come back real soon, plus the overall location of the Hotel was good, there was an even bigger fancy shopping mall near by. So great location. My only concern was the size of the room. It wasn't big enough. We felt like we were trapped but for 2 normal people it's good value for money. We were 3 so we had to make space for another matress. Overall it was good.
