Room was spacious, comfortable and kept clean. Food is excellent in all areas, staff were mostly friendly but the jewel has to be the spa and wellness centre which is outstanding. Location was also great with the Hermitage/Nevsky etc a short walk across palace bridge. Metro easily accessible also 5-10 minute walk to Sportivnaya. Overall an excellent choice to visit St Petersburg.

Excellent location! (many cafes and restaurants around, 200 m to metro station, 3 min on foot to main sichtseeings and nevsky prospekt, easy to find if you're the first time at SPB, you should just always go to the Admiralty or the Palace square), wonderful large and extreme cosy bed, very quiet room and floor, perfect to sleep out. Very clean room, daily water bottles changed, beautiful interior with paintings of st Petersburg on the stairs and beautiful new year decorated internal ground. Comfortable secure, everywhere are magnetic doors, just guests and personal on the territory of the hotel with their magnetic cards.
