This is certainly one of the most incredible 5 stars where I've stayed. The hotel by itself is a real historical palace. The room (Junior suite) was wonderful with plenty of small details I've never seen anywhere else. The staff was perfect, smiley with a lot of delicate attentions. And the breakfast room is just unbelievable. I'm looking forward to come back!

The staff was extremely friendly and made our stay lovely. Also, the food was really good and their breakfast was the most varied breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel. I would happily go back at Aristocrat Boutique Hotel anytime and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Room was spacious, comfortable and kept clean. Food is excellent in all areas, staff were mostly friendly but the jewel has to be the spa and wellness centre which is outstanding. Location was also great with the Hermitage/Nevsky etc a short walk across palace bridge. Metro easily accessible also 5-10 minute walk to Sportivnaya. Overall an excellent choice to visit St Petersburg.

Clean, comfortable rooms, bed is nice and we had a good sleep. Location is good for experienced travellers, only 20-25 minutes walk from hotel to Nevsky prospect, at the same time Vasilevsky island is much quieter and calmer than the busy center. Breakfast and coffee were decent. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was here only a day, it was very interesting to get acquainted with the location. A very fresh and clean hotel, the feeling of a pleasant and respectable place, without unnecessary fuss, but also without a deliberately expensive atmosphere. Everything is so eco-Scandinavian! And, of course, the magnificent pool and the view from it! You can safely come here for three days, especially in new realities, to really relax, get some air and improve your health))

Lovely staff and the room is so nice! It was such a pleasant surprise because the building (like most from the Soviet era) is such a drab and would worry you upon arrival. However, what the facade lacks the warm welcome and helpful staff totally made up for. Plus they can speak English. I would totally recommend this hotel!
