    Everything was exceptional. I have stayed at other Four Seasons hotels but can say this is one of the best. I can not fault anything about the hotel - staff, rooms, location, facilities, cleanliness (particularly during the pandemic). All staff also speak excellent English and I would say the hotel is better geared to deal with English speakers than any other I have stayed at in Russia. Thank you so much to the Four Seasons St Petersburg for making our stay so enjoyable. We will certainly be back!

    The location is very central near Isaac Cathedral and all other famous sights. The hotel property itself is very good and offer also very delicious breakfast. Very stylish roof terrace with good view

    We liked how kind our receptionist was (Andreas I think).. The amenities overall, the candies, having water and other courthesies... The room was very spacious and the bathroom modern and clean.. Also the breakfast was included on the rate, and was very good 👍 The location is very good also!!! We loved it!

    Everything was great. I had on of the best view form my room and on the bathroom, the river moyka and the st Isaac’s cathedral. Location was great. I love it. It was a great stay. Only thingnis there is no lift. And my room is on the 4th floor with a heavy luggage. But good thing the staffs were helpful in bring down mu luggage specially when i arrived, special metion to Yana who booked me a taxi and walked me out on the street for my taxi ride. Very helpful and sweet.

    This is certainly one of the most incredible 5 stars where I've stayed. The hotel by itself is a real historical palace. The room (Junior suite) was wonderful with plenty of small details I've never seen anywhere else. The staff was perfect, smiley with a lot of delicate attentions. And the breakfast room is just unbelievable. I'm looking forward to come back!
