Almost everything was perfect. The staff was very welcoming and friendly throughout the stay. The capsule itself had everything I needed. The breakfast was very simple, you get a baggie with goodies such as yoghurt, instant porridge,sponge cake and cheese. Coffee and tea are always available. The location was good, close to Galeria and most of the attractions are in walking distance. I definitely enjoyed my stay and will return whenever I find myself in St Petersburg.

Everything apart from the ladder. On arrival, reception was friendly, accommodating with excellent understanding of the English language. The hotel was overall clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated far exceeding my expectation down to minute detail within service and hospitality amenities.
