The staff were unbelievably helpful. The ladies helped my friend and I book taxis, find rescue centres, and made our stay in Russia very positive. I will definitely stay here again, would recommend to anyone attempting Elbrus. Could I also say a giant thank you to the lady who booked us a wonderful taxi driver. He brought us back to Mineralyn Vody, stopping to buy us ice cream. He was a diamond!

Loved the breakfast very much. Especially cheesecakes. This is just a miracle. For dinner, we tried liver beef pickled in pomegranate sauce, this is a work of art. It’s really hard to even imagine a more delicious dish. Especially after the traditional Khychi, Shurpa and Lagman. It is very convenient that downstairs there is a storage room for skis and boots. It dries all over the night perfectly.

The room was basic, but nice and clean. There is still work in progress and it will only get better. Staff is nice. They do not speak english whatsoever, but we managed to communicate no problem. They are very helpful, can organize anything (ie. inexpensive transfer to Mineralnye Vody). Nothing is far in a small village like Terskol, but still the location of the hotel is very good. There is a small shop just around a corner and taxi stop 3 steps away.

Hotel was perfect for what I needed Great location in Cheget. Close to cheget chair lift, restaurants and gear hire shops to climb elbrus. Some of the staff spoke enough English to help make the stay as smooth as poss especially as i was travelling alone so they were able to help with any questions and were always very friendly.
