The staff is very helpful, they try to accomodate all your wishes. I thought that the breakfast starts at 06.00 and was downstairs at this time due to the early departure. Despite the fact, that it starts half an hour later I was offered complimentary coffee from the bar at the lobby.

The hotel which I have chosen for my accommodation, Hotel Bashkiria, was really wonderful. Hotel is situated in the centre of the town in the quite and peaceful locality. Service in the hotel was really excellent and all staff was very kindly and friendly. I felt like a princess since first day. I would like to thank for everything what the hotel staff have done for me during my vacation.
