If you want to watch wild birds and animals right out of your window (pelicans, wild pigs with babies, squirrels, varans, lots of huge beautiful birds) come here! Swimming pool is perfectly clean and is with view to lagoon with birds, and everything is clean and new, owner takes care of place really carefully, is very helpful. When you come to Negombo you understand its a dirty hole with millions of people, Nico Lagoon is just the opposite! You listen to music and make your own party on swimmingpool. Totally recommend!

We liked the beauty of the location and the hospitality of Lana and her team. Lana was an excellent hostess and made us feel very welcome and well looked after. Nothing was too much for her. The breakfast was excellent and the meals in the evenings as well. The room was very spacious with a beautiful sea view. We loved every minute of our 7 day stay and would love to come back one day. Beautiful hotel with everything you could need but so much more. The hidden genius of the hotel is actually the owner, Milinda. Quiet, unassuming, polite. I must say, I was quite a demanding guest but Milinda was always on hand ready to help and go way beyond the call of duty. With a host like this, you can’t go wrong. Book, you won’t regret it :)

From the time we arrived at this wonderful destination we were greeted with broad smiles and warm welcomes. We spent 17 days at this hotel. We were overwhelmed with the level of care and dedication shown to us from the manager Mr Anthony Ferdinand, reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff, chiefs, housekeeping staff, and pool staff. It is a hotel that is very well managed, and meets all the requirements of visitors to Sri Lanka. Thank you for making our holiday memorable.
