Lovely room with balcony, two swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds and a pool bar with waiter service, great restaurant food. Access to the beach. This resort-style hotel is neither too big, nor too small. Stayed here for 5 days and loved it. Good location for shops and restaurants. Good Security and excellent cleanliness in all areas. Abundant friendly and helpful staff.

The staff duty manager front office manager and the guy metsisi at the reservation was so helpful great trained staff who are very friendly and help full and ofcourse the general manager who took time to come and speak to me I wish the hotel and the excellent chefs the staff all the very best and keep up to there good work in this deficit pandemic time.

Food was delicious. Staff were very obliging and courteous, particularly Ruben. The rooms were comfortable and 506 had lovely green views of tall trees and the Hamilton canal. The dining area was very cool throughout the day. Excellent value for money. We will go back.

The Blue Elephant Hotel was a beautiful hotel with comfortable, clean and visually appealing rooms. We loved the balcony our room had to watch the sunset. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower was great! The hotel's pool was great to use at any time of day. Breakfast was served promptly and we had something different every day. Best of all, Akila (one of the staff members) was one of the kindest people we've ever come across. He was so very helpful in absolutely everything- from our stay, serving us drinks and foods, advice and booking day trips and drivers. He made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this place, and hopefully you're lucky enough to have Akila working at the time of your stay too!
