If you want to watch wild birds and animals right out of your window (pelicans, wild pigs with babies, squirrels, varans, lots of huge beautiful birds) come here! Swimming pool is perfectly clean and is with view to lagoon with birds, and everything is clean and new, owner takes care of place really carefully, is very helpful. When you come to Negombo you understand its a dirty hole with millions of people, Nico Lagoon is just the opposite! You listen to music and make your own party on swimmingpool. Totally recommend!

Very lovely place for our two days of quarantine after arriving in Sri Lanka. Before our arrival the staff was very helpful with organising everything to get our Visas approved (pcr, insurance etc.). The rooms and garden are beautiful and it was a pleasure to pass our days on the premesis.

Lovely room with balcony, two swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds and a pool bar with waiter service, great restaurant food. Access to the beach. This resort-style hotel is neither too big, nor too small. Stayed here for 5 days and loved it. Good location for shops and restaurants. Good Security and excellent cleanliness in all areas. Abundant friendly and helpful staff.

Refreshing pool, friendly staff, good breakfast selection, comfy bed, clean facilities, easy walk to restaurants and beach. Sea view room was lovely. Room was super quiet which was great as we were using spot to recover from 48 hr travel time. Decent tv channel selection.
