I really like the service mind of hotel staffs as they are very kind, polite and helpful. Room and other facilities are super clean. Bed are pillows are pretty comfy. Food is also very tasty. There are 3 pools in the hotel so you can choose the location nearby to your room or the one with perfect view.

Fully equipped kitchen, living room, huge bed, very clean (I’m a ocd clean person), nice sheets and towels, ac, smart tv. Few meters from the beach and lovely restaurants, also 1 min from 24h 7/11. The staff was extremely friendly and sweet, loved everything about it! Will definitely stay again and recommend.

We were very happy about the experience in Mandarava. We read that many complain about the distance from the resort to the city; however, we liked it as it is only 10 minute walk. For people that find walking rather complicated, this might be a problem, but there are shuttles from the resort to the city. The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was very rich of options, the gym had all the needed equipment, the restaurant in the resort was really good (better than options available in the city). What we really liked was that each building has only 4 rooms (two in one floor and two in the second floor). As such, the was much privacy and calmness. Also, since the resort is rather big, you do not feel that there are much people, except in the breakfast and around pool. But since there are 5 pools, there is always a place by pool.

We had a romantic chalet with view of the bay and it was like a paradise location for us. Everything from pick up at pier to welcome at hotel was perfect. The staff were great, 5 room cleaners, free afternoon tea delivered and the pool guy was brilliant. We snorkelled everyday over the underwater shipwreck in front of the place which was one of the best spots on the island. Short walk to town across the beach but far enough away to be quiet. The swimming pools are gorgeous. We will stay there again.

I stayed here 6 nights with my girlfriend in November and we really loved this hotel! The hotel is clean and tidy ( they clean everyday ) and actually a newly built hotel. We received a better room than we booked for so that was our first really good impression. The staff is really wonderful and friendly. The food is really delicious and in European way the food is not expensive at all ( if you already live in Thailand then you know you can get cheaper food outside of course ). But anyway we ate most of the times at the restaurant and it was really yummy and the staff was always fast, polite and helpful. If you finish with one plate they already took it ( in Thailand it’s not an usual thing ). When we went out to the pool and there were few mosquitoes immediately Oy gave us cream for that. And if you have a nice day then from the hotel the sunset is really beautiful. Thanks for all the staff that you made us holiday perfect! Special thanks for Piao , Tu , Oy , June , Sit and the ladies at the reception! We would definitely spend more days here an other time!

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. It was quiet and serene and rooms were classy and comfortable, so we were able to really relax there. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and desires, and extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and they were even considerate enough to prepare separate hot vegan meals for every single morning for two of us that were vegan. The hotel is a few minute walking distance from the beach and from the night market area, so the location is great too. Overall it was an amazing experience and we would totally recommend staying there!

Pool villa is such a good choice for chill out, don’t even need to go out. Room was exactly the way in the photos, and the villa with a door made it very private. Restaurant had good view and nice indoor/outdoor seats; food was reasonable; breakfast option was a bit limited, but taste was good. Beach has nice sunset view but not wave is a bit strong. SPA was good.

All Staff are well trained, very helpful, service minded, polite and enthusiastic. Lobby provides coffee and some drinks. Solid rules for covid-19 precaution implementation by the hotel is very impressive, we feel safe during our stay. Van service is nice, the driver(s) are on time as requested and always wearing face mask as well as other staff. Although swimming pool was closed, we still had a good time at sea view lounge, so, it wasn’t bad.

Rather big hotel built in a Thai style which makes it very nice. Rooms and villas surrounded by a beautiful garden. One swimming pool on the beach with a very nice view and the other in the middle of the hotel with green garden around it. We had a deluxe room which was a large room with bath and shower also a confortable terrace. We had monkeys passing by our terrace in the morning. We arrived with a private long tail boat on west beach and left with public long tail on east beach. The hotel proposed transport but we organized it ourselves. We had a very promotion price due to COVID so we consider we had a really good price/service ratio. The breakfast was probably not the usual one but decent for the price. We tried the restaurant but we did not particularly appreciate, not an issue as there were still a few restaurants open in the walking street.

It was quiet just like they said. Breakfast came to our room on time every morning - you have a choice of different food and you can also choose if you want it in the room or the breakfast room. The pool is beautiful and they provide pool towels. They helped to arrange car hire for us on short notice. They had extra surprises for me because it was my birthday - thank you very much. We had a late check out so we could refresh before our flight and after a day of sightseeing. The staff is absolutely brilliant.

The overall experience was amazing. We stayed here during the low season which was good for us. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooms were great and the view of the Andaman from our room and the sound of the waves coming ashore was amazing. Breakfast was a variety of Asian dishes, fresh fruits, an egg station, bacon, coffee, juices which was delicious. The crew is constantly cleaning the grounds, the pool and the trash that washes ashore which is unfortunate but it didn’t hamper our experience. The front desk staff can also make tour reservations, shuttles, and taxis in and out of Ko Lanta.

This is an absolute gem for the price. Rooms are simple but large and very clean with some lovely touches, and the resort area is private with a lovely private (stony) beach to sit and have a drink away from the louder main beach. Very conveniently situated - walking distance to the town with plenty of eating options, and the main beach. Also the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and helped us out with several things while we stayed there including confirming our onwards travel in Thai.

Worth every penny. I can’t even begin to explain how welcoming and amazing the staff were they made our stay wonderful. The activists they had in the property were enough to make you stay the whole time in the resort. One thing i have to mention that i found extraordinary was all the staff no matter where we were in the resort knew our names and it just felt like were the only ones there. They gave all their guest attention.

The hospitality of the property was wonderful. All of the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Cleaning service was done so efficiently and considerately away from you being in the villa. It was really thoughtful for them to come and right before nightfall and put down the insect curtains and put them up during the day. The restaurant was great overall and the breakfast was included for our stay by the same kitchen. They also have an event of sorts every night of the week, keeping the guests entertained throughout!

Facilities for kids: 3 different swimming pools, incl one with giant slide, and the kids club. Location: beachfront and right after the city center, so not too lively. Room: just what you would expect for the chain, complete and well maintained. Breakfast: wide variety and tasty. But the highest appreciation should goes to the hotel staff, for being very hospitable and responsive. We came during long weekend (fully booked, cramped with families), but they managed to handle it very well, from the check in process, prompt car valet, luggage handling, swimming pool amenities, room service up to breakfast.

Everything here's great. Hilton keeps it's promise of being top hotels even in time of COVID it doesn't compromise high-quality, high-standard service offering. It's a bittersweet situation that during COVID we enjoyed our stay very quiet and being upgraded while a lot of people cannot travel. We really appreciate Hilton for not undermining its own reputation even during the hard times. We love spa packages at Hilton but unfortunately this time we didn't have enough time to indulge ourselves. If anyone has a chance to be in Hua Hin, they should visit Hilton, if not for staying, at least try the hotel's spa.

Excellent property. This is a little thai style hotel with elegant furnishing and nice rooms. Bed was comfortable and our room had direct access to the pool which was convenient. Swimming pool is surrounded by beautiful garden and it has a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. Relaxing music is played during the day which is a nice touch. The pool was never busy, no one reserved sun beds and sun beds were available though the day. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, the beach is just behind the hotel and a shopping centre across the road. The hotel can organise sun beds on the beach upon request. Night markets are within walking distance, however a free transport to one of the markets is provided by the hotel. We especially liked the Cicada market for good food, life music, art and good atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay there again if in Hua Hin.

Incredible villa ("InLove") with 100% seaview, panoramic pool, perfect terrasse (sundown side), very spacious, excellent bed and bathroom. Perfect, no other word would be right! Very good breakfest, had dinner at the 2 restaurants, also very friendly stuff and very good food and wine! 100% recommanded!!

The hotel is located on the most beautiful spot of Huahin beach and there are loads of activities you can do on the beach like getting 300/hr thai massage or renting a jetski. My dog enjoyed walking on the fliffy sand. The decoration is great and you’ll have tons of photo spots for your instagram post. Oh and there are so many room types for you to choose too.

The staff was great, the 5 different pillow types to choose from was awesome and the view was fantastic. The private pool and tub were both big and comfortable. There were some nice restaurants nearby.

I loved the private beach. Breakfast was wonderful, offered even soy latte. Omelettes were tasty. All the bakery was fresh. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled fresh every day. The pool is nice, but most importantly the beach is amazing although it is wavy and is meant for surfing rather than swimming. The view from my room was breathtaking. I had an ocean view room. The gym is good and has treadmills, spinning bikes, mats, step platforms.

The resort is very new and when we were there it was not crowded at all - quite the opposite, felt almost private. 5 mins drive from the ferry. Staff super nice, always with a smile, especially the breakfast staff and reception. The infinity pool was the best feature, 2 days we had it only for ourselves. Spacious enough to swim in and very serene. Make sure you visit the nearby pizzeria Mamma mia, one of the best pizzas in my life which says something in Asia.

Justyna and Gregory were the perfect hosts. They came to collect us and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even organised a surprise massage and bottle of bubbly with my Sister for a xmas present. The view from the villas is spectacular. This is quite an expensive place to stay in Koh Tao but if you want an unforgettable experience then it’s worth every penny! We loved it!

Staff was super helpful, responded to all our needs and made our way back to the pier, bags etc very easy. We stayed in three different villas and its hard to choose which one we liked better. All are special, well designed and have everything you need. Location is great, and if you like Freediving and snorkeling you can just swim from the village and with a bit of luck encounter numerous black tip sharks and turtles. For baby sharks go early morning. Make sure the sea is calm, avoid going into the water on rainy/windy days with big waves.

Super accommodating staff.. felt like "your wish is my command" type of service. The manager "Mohamed" personally planned our stay and gave top notch restaurants recommendations both at the Ritz and throughout the island. I travelled with teenagers and a 6 year old and we all had a great time. The spa pool is a perfect hideaway and it is quite big. The hotel is new with contemporary interiors which is very important to me!

Beautiful room, campus, and facilities. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was probably my favorite part of the entire trip haha so much good food every day! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Oh, and don't forget massage on the beach ;)

The customer service and care was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable, excellent beds and bedding, many toiletries, free wifi, TV with movie channels, fresh fruit plate, and fresh flowers. Breakfast was very good. Pool and gym were very clean and well equipped. The hotel is well located, a short walk to the river and to the old city.

Our room was just spectacular right on the beach and the staff set up a table on our terrace so we could eat our breakfast there every morning. The staff at the resort were just brilliant they were very attentive and nothing was to hard for them we also attended Xmas Eve dinner and they all made this a memorable night for us. Yes it’s a great location and hotel but the staff is what made it a very memorable trip for us and for that reason we will be back.

a real beach, probably the fist we have experienced in Thailand! wonderful! amazing sunsets. breakfast was ok, buffet style, usual breaki. wonderful bread options! Room was amazing, funky bathtub, great day bed which we used for our toddler to sleep on. with wonderful pool/palm view. by the upper pool are a few cabanas, strongly recommend to chill out there... its really amazing. all staff we cam across were well trained, spoke really good English and were super polite.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The free afternoon tea each day was a nice touch and free 10 minute neck/shoulder massage. The pool was very relaxing and a nice area to sit and chill also. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Within walking distance from some great cafes and restaurants and the Sunday walking street market. Would highly recommend this place and will be back again.
