The hotel rooms were 5 star. Great location. Very clean. Will definitely book the hotel again on my next trip. All staff were friendly and very helpful. Good location, walking distance to Terminal 21. Beautiful pools and great fitness center. Will go back again for sure.

The room was lovely and large with a nice balcony and a beautiful view. Breakfast was excellent. Rooftop pool was gorgeous(but cold!). Restaurant served good food and there were plenty of other places around if you wanted to go out to eat. Staff were fantastic.

All Staff are well trained, very helpful, service minded, polite and enthusiastic. Lobby provides coffee and some drinks. Solid rules for covid-19 precaution implementation by the hotel is very impressive, we feel safe during our stay. Van service is nice, the driver(s) are on time as requested and always wearing face mask as well as other staff. Although swimming pool was closed, we still had a good time at sea view lounge, so, it wasn’t bad.
