Staff are nice and friendly. Manger was a really nice lady, will do anything to help. Most staff speak English pretty well, so no communication problems. Fantastic breakfast with a big choice! On-Site Restaurant is very impressive. The food is outstanding and great value. I knew the location was a little bit out of the way, but a taxi/Uber is so cheap (approx £3.50 into central Kiev). So staying here is a good idea if you want high-standards for a low price. Central Kiev hotels are very low standard at this price.

You get what you pay for. Rooms are old but larger than hotels in same price range in the area. Old fashioned building and basic minimalistic furniture. Don't expect luxury. It is safe, with reception and security 24/7.

Very supportive, friendly crew. Nice menu selection in a local restaurant, good food, prices are considerably low (guests have discount). Good breakfast. Hotel has local SPA with Sauna and Massages, but at a time I was staying - it was not "immediately available". Fast Wifi internet Link. Well furnished apartments, good working spacious shower cabin. Good water supply. Ironing board and normal modern Iron (with a steam jet) is available in a corridor - to take it to Your room and prepare Your closes. I had a great stay here, thanks to the Hotel, all was Appropriate !

Thank you to all the Ministerka Lake-House staff. Although not super amazing on the outside, on the inside - the interior - is really good, nice and cozy. I really enjoyed staying in my small den on the third floor under the roof. Although small, it was really cozy and nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t try the lunches or dinners in the restaurant though. The breakfasts, however, were small but made with love and care. Thank you to the guys in the kitchen. 👍 The area around the place is amazing for long walks.

Big and old style hotel with fancy rooms, and few super fancy rooms. The view of the city center is amazing. Breakfast is continental and one of the best you can find, also the restaurant of the hotel for dinner is a good option to consider in Kiev.

it is one of the best options in Kyiv that travellers abroad can find. The hotel has a super convenient location just next to the central train station. The rooms are standard Ibis rooms, i.e., modern, quite large, with very good beds. They also offer very tasty breakfast, including proper pastry, for example, French croissants etc.

When u take shower it’s not coming water inside in bathroom like mostly hotel have that problem, everything what u r need in the room u can find. It was little bit cold at night and reception react immediately when I called and request the heavy blanket. And on the end it’s breakfast. Wow! Really wow it was so delicious and what important all vegetables were so fresh like just from garden. Staff were so friendly and smile. Thank u for service

The hotel was amazing. Very clean, calm and cozy. It's situated a few minutes away from metro-station and to the city-center. The whole hotel-complex is amazing, with a nice garden, friendly staff and coffee for free. I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone who's visiting Kiev!
