Staff are nice and friendly. Manger was a really nice lady, will do anything to help. Most staff speak English pretty well, so no communication problems. Fantastic breakfast with a big choice! On-Site Restaurant is very impressive. The food is outstanding and great value. I knew the location was a little bit out of the way, but a taxi/Uber is so cheap (approx £3.50 into central Kiev). So staying here is a good idea if you want high-standards for a low price. Central Kiev hotels are very low standard at this price.

This is my fourth time staying with Bursa and every time I’m in Kyiv I don’t even consider any other hotels. Everything about this property is amazing. The hotel is located in the historic part of the city and the city center is within the walking distance. Even though Bursa has an outstanding restaurant, you can find any type of cuisine somewhere around the corner. The breakfast deserves a separate mentioning. The hotel offers an all you can eat breakfast from the restaurant located on the ground flour. You can choose any position from their regular restaurant menu and I can say with a high confidence that the breakfast can easily compete with all top breakfasts served in the city. The rooms are spacious, light and modern with a very comfortable bed. The hotel staff is polite and helpful. The price might look higher than the average in the city but it is fully justifiable. Long story short - highly recommended.

Service is extraordinary, the interior magnificent and the Restaurant has as well very tasty food and in summer a gorgeous garden and terrace. The Location is also not far from center and located in the very nice old city of Kiev. From my point of view one of the loveliest hotels in Kiev.

I have been in this hotel several times before, each time the experience is very good. They have large, clean and light rooms. The hotel itself is located in the park area, so the air near it is very clean. Also, this hotel has very pleasant staff, they are always ready to help. I was staying this time during new years eve, got a bottle of prosecco as a NY surprise :)

Very supportive, friendly crew. Nice menu selection in a local restaurant, good food, prices are considerably low (guests have discount). Good breakfast. Hotel has local SPA with Sauna and Massages, but at a time I was staying - it was not "immediately available". Fast Wifi internet Link. Well furnished apartments, good working spacious shower cabin. Good water supply. Ironing board and normal modern Iron (with a steam jet) is available in a corridor - to take it to Your room and prepare Your closes. I had a great stay here, thanks to the Hotel, all was Appropriate !
