The Location was perfect, the hotel is literally located at the center of the city. You can walk and discover most of the places you want to go besides the hotel is 5 minutes away from lots of restaurants, pubs and everything you need by foot. The hotel was so clean and they put every essential you might just incase need. If i ever will have chance to visit Kyiv I would definitely stay at Crystal Hotel again.

Great staff, always available and reachable. I had a situation where I locked myself out from the entrance door downstairs and the help was very quick to arrive and let me in. Also, by accident I was charged twice to my card, which I honestly didn't even notice and the staff were kind enough to make an effort reaching me to ensure they return the overcharge. Overall very positive impression. The place is small but it's perfect for solo travelers or couples. It's very convenient for longer stays and there's a washing machine in the complex that you can use. The location is perfect for business travelers and also for anyone who likes to have good access to the local shopping malls and nice restaurants and cafes.

The room, of course, is good, just as it is advertised here. And the location, being on Khreschatyk, means you're at the center of the city, plus the metro is 5 mins walk away (from the independence square station - a little longer if you want to take the M1 line from Khreschatyk station). The staff are SUPER friendly and they have all the answers to any questions you may have. Since I was staying during the quarantine period, I had to organise a PCR test in order to go back home, so I asked the staff and - in like 5 minutes all was organised. I really thought that I would never give a mark of 10 anywhere, but this place certainly deserves full marks. If I have the opportunity to go to Kyiv again, I will definitely stay here again, and if anyone asks for a recommendation, I will, with 0 hesitation, recommend this place. The staff made my stay in Kyiv the most pleasant experience ever. Thank you!

The hotel is located in one of the best and most charismatic places in Podil. Our room was huge beautiful and super cosy. We ve let the staff know that we were coming to celebrate a special occasion, and they ve shown us a lot of attention, with little gifts and notes throughout our stay. We were really touched. Often when you go to big chain hotels like this you don’t get any personalized assistance. It was quiet the opposite this time!

I used the 24/7 gym. It was very small but it had all of the necessary equipment for a good workout, and I was all alone for most of the time. I loved the location next to the Gulliver Mall. I had a large variety of nearby restaurants and a short walking distance to Khreshchatyk. I was on the 22nd floor. The view wasn't incredibly impressive, but that was not a horrible negative. The only issue that I had with the room set up, was the lighting. The bathroom and shower were in a closed off partition with a sliding door, partitioned away from the sink. There wasn't a partition separating the sink and sleeping area. Unfortunately whenever I would wake up at night to use the bathroom and I would turn on the bathroom lights, it would also partially light the bedroom area. This was uncomfortable for my fiancee who was sleeping and me turning the lights on would wake her up. That is my only observation that I believe should be addressed. Other than that, I give my overall experience a 10.

Everything including everything was perfect. My wife had a birthday and every single staff member went out of their way to help making it the perfect experience, which it was. From lobby, elevators to room , swimming pool, the restaurant and of course, the cherry on top, the room itself, everything was squeaky clean and beautiful- pure perfection. The professional English speaking kind, positive personal was one of a kind. From all top 5 luxury stars hotels i visited around around the world including las vegas, Los Angeles, Amsterdam , London And so on, this hotel and experience was in the top 2.
