There was an issue with the original room assignment; however, staff immediately offered us an upgrade to the Penthouse suite for a nominal added fee. The accommodations were superior, exceptionally clean and well appointed. The support personnel were very courteous and helpful.

The casino isn’t as big so it’s not as crowded. Great costumer service at the front desk and entrance. Property is clean and very well set up. Doesn’t smell bad and not a lot of activity. Very chill and relaxed. this building is an older building that is not on the strip but just south of it. The building for as old as it is is keep up. It could still use a face lift. For the price and my needs it worked out fine, I had breakfast at the Hooters within the casino. It was good the price was in line. The staff was friendly and food was also good.

Set away from the main Boulevard, Luxury Suites offers expansive manicured garden plazas. The Hotel was very clean and quiet during the time I visited. The room was very well appointed. I appreciated the large bath (especially the large, deep tub that accommodated my six foot frame). The kitchenette has an under counter refrigerator, a sink, cooktop and microwave, Everything one needs to actually live in. I look forward to staying at Luxury Suites again in the very near future. I was surprised my room was on the 38th Floor.

This is an excellent hotel, real lux, nice casino part, no smoke stucked inside, amazing aquarium, amazing pool area, the room was so nice, I could live there for weeks without problem. Its not in the middle of the Strip but no problem, as they have a train between MB and Excallibur and from there you can reach the busy Strip easily. If I go back to Vegas, I definitly try to stay there again.
