The location was excellent because I was awaiting my flight home to Australia and I wanted to be close to the airport. Porter made life easy for me with my heavy luggage, both upon arrival and when departing. Shuttle drivers were good. Room spacious, clean and comfortable, facilities excellent, hot water and water pressure SUPERB!!!

The hotel is located near LAX, so you don’t bother much about transportation to hotel after long flight. We were exhausted after 12.5 h flight from Europe. The pool is fantastic! Especially the jacuzzi with hot water, which was necessary at mornings and evenings, when air temperature was around 15-17 C (we travelled in February). Also, we had the room with balcony, which is not present in nearby hotels.

This is a landmark and it lived up to my expectations after watching Pretty Woman for most of my life. Honestly, this is the reason we booked into the Beverly Wiltshire. It's a real icon and has amazing details like an old mail shoot and bronzed elevator doors. It's centrally located and seeing Rodeo drive in person was cool. We were given a free upgrade to a larger room and our bathroom was really nice with separate shower and bath and 2 sinks. The valet parking was really easy to use. Amazing coffee shops and sushi nearby! Check out the Farm!

We loved the hotel even though we only saw front desk and our room- lil did we know the whole state is in lockdown- but the room was spacious, the view was awesome, cozy fireplace, books to read , work desk - so many good things about our suite. Because there are no restaurants open we ended up ordering room service for both breakfast and dinner- the food was so good. Staff was great !! Our room was exquisitely decorated with rose petals and we got champagne and chocolate strawberries because it was our anniversary-

I always stay here when I come into the airport late. I love the beds of course. It is also nice to come to the room and take a nice shower when you get in. The products smell delicious. The sleep experience is great. Starbucks in lobby is a very nice plus.
