I was already excited the moment i booked cuz of the pics I saw displayed on their website. When we walked into our Apartment, I screamed for Joy 🤩. Amazing 🤩. Definitely an executive Apartment. Beautiful furnitures, really Large Windows and an excellent view. Shopping 🛒 center underneath the Apartment with the lift and best of all MCFIT. The staffs, on point 👍👍👍, five stars is nothing. Amazing experience at Haus Sanz - wish we had stayed longer. Lovely host, Suzanne provides amazing themed rooms which surprise her guests and offer them a one-off experience. Travelling as a family, the adults had a Palace themed room which was planned in extreme detail. The Children had an amusement park themed room which they thoroughly enjoyed. Located in a lovely residential area, just 15min by tram away from central Vienna. The place was clean, breakfast basic but good, and Suzanne the most amazing host. Warm and welcoming, and ready to help out, even when we had checked out and left, we called her when we encountered a problem, and she offered to help. We went back, and there she was, ready to assist us, and see us off with problem solved in a few minutes. Highly recommended.
