Perfect location if you’re in town for a short stay of city break. Reception desk personnel was very friendly; the rooms are spacious enough and very clean; the bed is really comfortable; bedsheets and towels very clean! Quality toiletries! Awesome view from the 16th floor! Can’t give any feedback on the breakfast, as I didn’t take it.

Amazing experience at Haus Sanz - wish we had stayed longer. Lovely host, Suzanne provides amazing themed rooms which surprise her guests and offer them a one-off experience. Travelling as a family, the adults had a Palace themed room which was planned in extreme detail. The Children had an amusement park themed room which they thoroughly enjoyed. Located in a lovely residential area, just 15min by tram away from central Vienna. The place was clean, breakfast basic but good, and Suzanne the most amazing host. Warm and welcoming, and ready to help out, even when we had checked out and left, we called her when we encountered a problem, and she offered to help. We went back, and there she was, ready to assist us, and see us off with problem solved in a few minutes. Highly recommended.

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. Free parking is possible on the street. All rooms are soundproofed and have a private bathroom, satellite TV and offer views of the garden. Some rooms are styled according to specific themes like the Alps or Hundertwasser. Free wired internet is available in the public areas of the guest house. A buffet breakfast is offered in the breakfast room featuring a little waterfall. During the warmer months you can spend some relaxing time on the garden terrace of the Haus Sanz. A fitness center can be reached on foot within 5 minutes. The City & Country Golf Club am Wienerberg is a 5-minute drive away. Within a 3-minute walk you can reach the Badner Bahn tram stop and in 7 minutes the Erlaaer Straße stop of the U6 metro line.
