Location, high quality of everything and on top of that amazingly kind service. We've got room upgrade due to our honey moon, which was really nice. We needed to modify existing reservation and also a young receptionist was super helpful.

The room and the bathroom was spacious, very clean, the view from our room was great and the staff really nice. I also had a massage at the SPA that was excellent! I recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Mostar!
