The apartment is situated right on the bay! Gorgeous view from the terrace! It's so comfortable, clean and nice, very well equipped, perfect for a vacation! I had every breakfast outside on the terrace looking at the bay! Couldn't ask for anything better or more relaxing! Quiet, cute place and easy to get to anywhere. The ferry itself is not disturbing, it has it's own atmosphere watching people come and go on the ferry. The host and his family is absolutely wonderful!!! The grandma was always there downstairs smiling and greeting us. They were welcoming, made us feel at home helping if we needed anything! I surely wish to return there!

This place was absolutely perfect. When we arrived we were checked in quickly and helped with the bags. The lovely lady on the desk also gave us a short cut to the old town from the apartments. The walk to the old town literally took us about 5-10 minutes but if you don’t fancy the walk a taxi was about €4. The view from the balcony made the apartment even better. We also had lunch and dinner in the apartments restaurant and it was absolutely gorgeous and again a beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again. Fantastic stay!

The location is stunning. The swimming area and extensive terrace are amazing. The old town of Kotor is the best we've seen, even after a week being amazed by Croatia. The Dobrota area around the appt is really good, it felt so safe and pleasant. We visited Budva for the day and although we enjoyed the old town we didn't like the surrounds and were so glad that we'd chosen Kotor and Kalamena. After 3 days here we definitely want to come back for at least a week next time. There's plenty to see but mainly because it's such a good place to relax. We really enjoyed Ellas restaurant.

The hosts were nice and helpful, the room is exactly as one sees in the photos, so no unpleasant surprises there. The whole place was more than enough for 3 persons. It is cosy with pleasant interior decorations, new furniture in very good condition, spacious bathroom. The premises and the common places were kept clean. There is an extra charge if you want regular cleaning in the room. What we particularly liked is the small beach nearby. Perfect for us and we did not feel to try beaches anywhere else during our stay. Also the airport nearby was ok, as it was relaxing to watch the planes take off. We also liked that the place was somewhat further from the madness that characterizes crowded beaches. The only thing is that one needs a car as even a supermarket is a few km away. But that was not a problem for us.

The hosts and their family are super nice! Dean collected my family from the airport free of charge (it was a large group so he went twice to the airport). His wife greeted everyone with freshly brewed coffee and home-made lemonade :). The apartment was spacious and there were two big bedrooms - enough space for my family (5 adults and 2 children), they brought 2 cots for the toddlers. The place was clean and had lots of clean towels. The garden is nice and pretty with figs, kiwis and other fruit growing there, my family were very lucky to get treated to fresh fruit and some veggies by Dean's father. Also my family went on an amazing boat ride for half a day to see Tivat and the price was very reasonable, Dean organised it through his friend and his wife (the boat ride was exceptional and the hosts were lovely, my father even bought some fresh fish from them). Dean also helped organise a rental car for a reasonable price. Thank you very much for making my family feel so welcome! :)

Apartments Castello was perfect on every front: it was furnished with everything one could possibly need for a self-catered holiday, and offered the ideal retreat from Kotor's adventures and crowds. A small shop across the road from sells essentials, and larger supermarkets are located within easy reach. The view from the balcony of Apartment 4 is incredible. Apartments Castello is located c.4 minutes' walk to the beach and the promenade, which takes one to the Old Town within 8 minutes. Be aware that the path to the promenade involves stairs and rough terrain, and is not suitable for people with mobility impairments. Zoja is a wonderful hostess: helpful, generous and attentive, but never intrusive. In all, this was an ideal base from which to explore the town and the bay.

I had great time in this small, but cozy apartment. It's furnished very smart: there's not much space, but it doesn't feel tiny and you have everything a person needs: mini-kitchen, a TV, very nice bed, conditioner and a great balcony to have your meals on a fresh air. I also enjoyed the neighbourhood. It's kinda far from all the action, but Porto Montenegro is just 7 minutes away, just like the beach. I enjoyed swimming and chilling next to the lighthouse, but you can also go to the Waikiki resort and feel like a VIP. Tatiana is a wonderful host. She was always there when needed and even left me stay in the apartment for some extra-time due to my late flight. It allowed me to have a wonderful carefree day and I could not be more grateful. We'll probably see each other again. I fell in love with Montenegro, Tivat and every host I met there <3

So hospitable hosts, we're so glad to stay here. That's especially important when you arrive to the property from airport tired. Host helped us even when we checked out and returned to them later asking to help to sort out buses schedule some other questions. We didn't know where to go and they just kindly helped us. Very pleasant hosts. Highly recommended. Quiet backyard with shallow pool and it's great to spend there time during the most hot time.

Everything was great! Superhost, owner is very kind and helpful - many thanks to him and his family! Room is clean with wide comfortable bed and nice terrace. Air-conditioning, water and wi-fi worked well. We took boat tour - it was fantastic)) I really liked that place. But it's too hot in Kotor in July. Better to come in June or Septrember. Location is on the hill - so we had intensive training for legs))), but for us it's ok. Shops and Old Town are in walking distance.

The hosts are really welcoming and friendly. The hostel is better than some hotels. Everything is labeled, the rooms are very clean and look really good. The hosts are always at your disposal and even provide free to and from Tivat Airport transportation. The accommodation is 2 minutes walking distance from Porto Montenegro. The villa is fully equipped with a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, clean towels, iron, washing machine. Would recommend! 10/10

It is possible that this apartment has the loveliest hosts in all of Montenegro! They were kind, helpful, and ready to answer our every question, with excellent English! The apartment also offered a detailed sheet of facilities in the area (shops, beaches, etc.) as well as a list of the apartment rules (including tourist registration!). Having these in other apartments during our travels in the Balkans would have been a great help, and it's really good that the hosts in Okuka thought about it! Otherwise, the apartment is overlooking the main road to Tivat that goes around the peninsula (you know, the one that is either 1 lane or 2 lanes every 100 meters ;) ), but it is further up the hill, so you would not hear the traffic much. Tivat is 5 minutes by car, the ferry is 1 minute on foot, and you could even find a pretty good beach in 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment is located on the side of the hill, so you cannot get there by car - you would have to park on the shore, and walk up about 100 steps to the apartments. But this is a small price to pay for the view! As you may expect, the apartments are not huge (in fact, they only include a bedroom shared with a small kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, and a balcony with a fantastic view of the bay / ferry / hills.) But the bed is comfy, you can wake up with the view of the sea outside your window, and (I learned to highlight this about Montenegro) excellent hot water pressure. ;) The kitchen is functional, you can cook if you want, and you have your own fridge, too. There is air conditioning, and a flat TV (that we did not try, actually). Overall, I can only recommend apartment Okuka for a shorter stay or if you don't mind the small (but excellent) room. It is a great place and a great value for money, and the hosts are really the best!

Sve je savršeno! Sjajna lokacija, ukusno i moderno uređena soba, čisto i uredno. Iako je soba u strogom centru grada, zvučna izolacija je takva da kada zatvorite prozore, ne čuje se ama baš ništa. Plus, domaćin predusretljiv, dostupan za sva pitanja i savete gde jesti, šta videti. Bonus - zahvaljući sposobnom gazdi, imate čak i parking rešen :)! Sve u svemu - čista desetka!

Wonderfull old house marked as a cultural landmark and it gives out exactly that kind of vibe. Literary on the coastline, sorounded by trees and a wonderfull flower garden. Aleksandra is an extraordinary host and made our stay so much nicer. Highly recommend this place.

One of the best vacations we ever had! Excellent staff who can solve any your request and make you feel like you are at home. very good location - just 1 min walking to the beach, with area full of good restaurants, and 20 mins walking to the old town. You can have bicycles and portable sun-beds with umbrellas for free from the hotel in case you need them. Tasty breakfast, good and clean pool, jacuzzi and sauna. They also have free parking. Atmosphere is very relaxed, cozy and comfortable.

Wonderful stay in this architect designed villa on the sea front, for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We got a second room for our son and did appreciate this upgrade. The restaurant room offers large windows that overlook the bay of Lustica. Miro, the polyglot owner of the house together with his spouse, gave us a warm welcome. We had interesting talks with Miro who gives you the best advice to visit Monténégro. Nadia's local cuisine is excellent! Kristina Romantica is truly a small piece of paradise, well preserved and quiet that we recommend to discover the village of Rosé, the blue caves and Porto Montenegro nearby.

The best place we have stayed in Montenegro during our vacation. Lovely spacious room with panoramic windows and sea view. Delicious homemade breakfasts right on your terrace. Availability of cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, soap), private beach two steps from the room, its own parking lot. And the most important thing is the atmosphere - pleasant, quiet, and cozy, which is conducive to relaxation. It is a pity there was no opportunity to stay longer since everything was booked till October ((( and the most important, this is the host, who kindly treated us with freshly baked pie and juice. and who did everything to make guests feel at home.

Apartments Aruba

Apartman is new, well equipped and clean which most important, host are really pleasant and on your disposal all the time, but not interrupting your peace and rest, so you can fully enjoy your stay. We recommend this apartment. It's a bit away from the city center and you have to go by car, but Tivat is place on the coast and that's normal. You have a small beach near the apartment, if you are lazy to go on other ones which require a car drive. Apartment has its own fenced private parking which is great. Anyway great experience.

We stayed in the apartment for almost 2 weeks and the space was comfortable and big enough for a couple for a long stay. The location is excellent with the property right next to the North entrance of the old walled city. There is a shopping mall, Kotor beach and strand right outside the city entrance. It’s a 7 minute walk to the beach while being inside the old city. Great atmosphere overall, we felt really at home here. You have all amenities you need for a long stay, simple but adequately equipped kitchen, AC (HUGE plus), very large and comfy bed, good size bathroom, fast internet, separate sitting and dining area etc. In addition, Rara is a great host and helped us feel comfortable and safe during our entire stay. We will definitely be back!
