So hospitable hosts, we're so glad to stay here. That's especially important when you arrive to the property from airport tired. Host helped us even when we checked out and returned to them later asking to help to sort out buses schedule some other questions. We didn't know where to go and they just kindly helped us. Very pleasant hosts. Highly recommended. Quiet backyard with shallow pool and it's great to spend there time during the most hot time.

Wonderful stay in this architect designed villa on the sea front, for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We got a second room for our son and did appreciate this upgrade. The restaurant room offers large windows that overlook the bay of Lustica. Miro, the polyglot owner of the house together with his spouse, gave us a warm welcome. We had interesting talks with Miro who gives you the best advice to visit Monténégro. Nadia's local cuisine is excellent! Kristina Romantica is truly a small piece of paradise, well preserved and quiet that we recommend to discover the village of Rosé, the blue caves and Porto Montenegro nearby.

This is my third year coming to this hotel. Everything is extremely clean, tidy, the staff is friendly and professional. Special thanks to receptionist Leona who, after we arrived tired, asked the staff in the kitchen to give us dinner even though it was the end of business hours. Every night there was an entertainment program by the pool, we got towels on the beach, the beach is beautiful. When arriving or leaving the hotel, staff bring a car from the garage. I would recommend the hotel.

The best place we have stayed in Montenegro during our vacation. Lovely spacious room with panoramic windows and sea view. Delicious homemade breakfasts right on your terrace. Availability of cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, soap), private beach two steps from the room, its own parking lot. And the most important thing is the atmosphere - pleasant, quiet, and cozy, which is conducive to relaxation. It is a pity there was no opportunity to stay longer since everything was booked till October ((( and the most important, this is the host, who kindly treated us with freshly baked pie and juice. and who did everything to make guests feel at home.

It is possible that this apartment has the loveliest hosts in all of Montenegro! They were kind, helpful, and ready to answer our every question, with excellent English! The apartment also offered a detailed sheet of facilities in the area (shops, beaches, etc.) as well as a list of the apartment rules (including tourist registration!). Having these in other apartments during our travels in the Balkans would have been a great help, and it's really good that the hosts in Okuka thought about it! Otherwise, the apartment is overlooking the main road to Tivat that goes around the peninsula (you know, the one that is either 1 lane or 2 lanes every 100 meters ;) ), but it is further up the hill, so you would not hear the traffic much. Tivat is 5 minutes by car, the ferry is 1 minute on foot, and you could even find a pretty good beach in 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment is located on the side of the hill, so you cannot get there by car - you would have to park on the shore, and walk up about 100 steps to the apartments. But this is a small price to pay for the view! As you may expect, the apartments are not huge (in fact, they only include a bedroom shared with a small kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, and a balcony with a fantastic view of the bay / ferry / hills.) But the bed is comfy, you can wake up with the view of the sea outside your window, and (I learned to highlight this about Montenegro) excellent hot water pressure. ;) The kitchen is functional, you can cook if you want, and you have your own fridge, too. There is air conditioning, and a flat TV (that we did not try, actually). Overall, I can only recommend apartment Okuka for a shorter stay or if you don't mind the small (but excellent) room. It is a great place and a great value for money, and the hosts are really the best!

The location is stunning. The swimming area and extensive terrace are amazing. The old town of Kotor is the best we've seen, even after a week being amazed by Croatia. The Dobrota area around the appt is really good, it felt so safe and pleasant. We visited Budva for the day and although we enjoyed the old town we didn't like the surrounds and were so glad that we'd chosen Kotor and Kalamena. After 3 days here we definitely want to come back for at least a week next time. There's plenty to see but mainly because it's such a good place to relax. We really enjoyed Ellas restaurant.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff were all so welcoming, going out of their way to make it special for us. We even had a private dining experience with a special tasting menu on their beautiful old balcony, overlooking the square below. We had a suite and it was so spacious, the bed was huge and really comfortable. Considering this place is right in the centre of the old town, we thought it was the best value for money of all the places we stayed at. Huge thank you to all of the team!

You truly feel like you're getting a royal treatment here. The place is amazing, stylish, beautiful, cosy and still classy at the same time. It's situated on the very beachfront, while there's also a nice pool to enjoy on top of that. Breakfast is spiced up with a story or two by Nigel, the man of the house. He also gives amazing recos for places to eat or go out, and also offers an amazing private speedboat tours. Very worthy !!! We got on a special offer for June - the hotel has just opened. More precisely, this is not a hotel in the literal sense, but several identical villas and an administrative building with a reception, a restaurant and a bar. The villa is very spacious. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-dining room, living room, bedroom, guest bathroom, on the second floor there are two bedrooms and a living room. The bedrooms are very comfortable - each bathroom has a separate dressing room with a huge wardrobe. Classic style furniture - everything is new. The beds are large, the mattresses seem to be orthopedic. On each floor in the living room there is a huge TV with an unmeasured number of channels. Everything is done solidly - everywhere there is stone, terracotta. I was impressed by the spiral staircase to the second floor. Each has its own plot with trees, bushes, flowers, its own parking for 2 cars, its own small pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. We were only a couple of days, but we changed linen, towels for the house and sun loungers. We refused to change the dressing gowns. From the service - they are taken by minibus to the beach of your choice. We went once, the next day we just relaxed by the pool. Wi-Fi is normal, video calls were made to Russia. The restaurant - I liked it - tasty, low-fat. Definitely better than on the coast. The price tag is average.

We spent a great week at Villa Dragana wich is located in Becici (like outer part of budva)., The owner (Dragana) is really kind and nice, she was flexible with the payment, waited us with beer, vine and home made cakes. The place is great, 3 rooms wih bathrooms, each has a balcony with a nice sea view, on the ground level you have a large living room with kithchen and dineing area plus the pool outside is huge the water is perfect. They maintained the house every day, washed the dishes, changed the towel, cleaned the whole house. They made us cake like every day, we even got a suvenir. Orderd us pizza and taxi etc. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel suite. Would recommand to everyone! Budva is nice and busy and there are a lot of travel options around the town! Everything was just perfect! Beyond our expectations. We booked two rooms for our family with a sea view in the middle building. Marvelous view, spacious clean rooms, big shower, balcony. Perfect food, very good cocktails and local wines. Private beach. Well, it belongs to the city, but it serves just this hotel. Distance between places on the beach is big enough to feel yourself comfortable. Huge territory, very clean and green. Wonderful , friendly, young and proactive personal. Very helpful. Big playground for kids. Cool swimming pools also for the smallest. One Tipp - please take care of beach towels. Don’t leave it reserving your places.

Hotel situation is most beautiful place in Montenegro in my opinion (we were second time in Montenegro and travelled a lot by car). This place was absolutely perfect. When we arrived we were checked in quickly and helped with the bags. The lovely lady on the desk also gave us a short cut to the old town from the apartments. The walk to the old town literally took us about 5-10 minutes but if you don’t fancy the walk a taxi was about €4. The view from the balcony made the apartment even better. We also had lunch and dinner in the apartments restaurant and it was absolutely gorgeous and again a beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again. Fantastic stay!

Wow this place is amazing, the villa was bigger than expected and had 3 floors with a terrace on each floor, 2 over looking Porto Montenegro which was lit up at night. It has loads of character and has been renovated to a very high standard. It is in a peaceful area up in the hills with rustic surroundings and a great walk up to the church on the top where you can see the whole bay. A car is essential as it is a 10 minute drive up the road to the villa, there is no walking to the shops but it is well worth it for the location. Just 20 minutes from Tivat airport was really handy and easy to get around everywhere else. Plenty of supermarkets (which stay open late) and restaurants a short drive away. The villa had a large kitchen/diner on the ground floor with everything in it including food and drink kindly provided by the lovely owners Rocco and Milka who made us feel extremely welcome. The first floor has a large living room with tv, an outside eating area to the back and terrace with view at the front. The top floor has a lovely bedroom with a huge comfy bed and a cleverly made mezzanine which the kids would love (if we had taken them with us!) but not suitable for very young kids. The bedroom has an amazing view looking out to the terrace. There is a lot of space outside with a private pool area, BBQ and lovely places to sit and relax. There is another Villa on the property also with its own pool and area, we were shown inside and is also beautifully built and decorated. We can't recommend the Old stone house enough, as long as you can walk up hills and steps, hire a car and want a peaceful location you can't go wrong. The pictures on booking.com are accurate. Top Tips: You'll need to pay cash at the property, credit cards are not excepted at the moment. Don't hire a car from Green Motion (the manager was less than professional) located at Tivat airport. Sixt were very good.

We stayed in the apartment for almost 2 weeks and the space was comfortable and big enough for a couple for a long stay. The location is excellent with the property right next to the North entrance of the old walled city. There is a shopping mall, Kotor beach and strand right outside the city entrance. It’s a 7 minute walk to the beach while being inside the old city. Great atmosphere overall, we felt really at home here. You have all amenities you need for a long stay, simple but adequately equipped kitchen, AC (HUGE plus), very large and comfy bed, good size bathroom, fast internet, separate sitting and dining area etc. In addition, Rara is a great host and helped us feel comfortable and safe during our entire stay. We will definitely be back!
