If you are looking for a special place with a beautiful and unique interior, non-intrusive service and helpful staff, do not hesitate to book a room in "Palazzo Drusko". The guesthouse is a gem in the heart of the Old town. For me, it was love at first sight and the main reason to stay in Kotor, instead of some other place, during my visit to Montenegro. Every corner of the guesthouse is decorated with love and careful attention to every detail. You don't feel like you are staying at a hotel at all, but rather at a beautiful Italian palazzo. I want to thank Vladimir for many helpful pieces of advice, in particular, for restaurant and activities recommendations. I had a few questions about the history of the place, and Vladimir kindly told me some interesting facts. I am also very thankful to Maria for early check-in and her tips about places to eat and the nearest beach. Thank you very much for making my stay in Kotor very enjoyable!

One of the best vacations we ever had! Excellent staff who can solve any your request and make you feel like you are at home. very good location - just 1 min walking to the beach, with area full of good restaurants, and 20 mins walking to the old town. You can have bicycles and portable sun-beds with umbrellas for free from the hotel in case you need them. Tasty breakfast, good and clean pool, jacuzzi and sauna. They also have free parking. Atmosphere is very relaxed, cozy and comfortable.

Apartments Castello was perfect on every front: it was furnished with everything one could possibly need for a self-catered holiday, and offered the ideal retreat from Kotor's adventures and crowds. A small shop across the road from sells essentials, and larger supermarkets are located within easy reach. The view from the balcony of Apartment 4 is incredible. Apartments Castello is located c.4 minutes' walk to the beach and the promenade, which takes one to the Old Town within 8 minutes. Be aware that the path to the promenade involves stairs and rough terrain, and is not suitable for people with mobility impairments. Zoja is a wonderful hostess: helpful, generous and attentive, but never intrusive. In all, this was an ideal base from which to explore the town and the bay.

The hotel is a bit far from the old city. You need to take a taxi to get around or walk for about 1 hour. But it's very worth it for everything else! When we arrived we were very well received by the very friendly Olivera and Kristina. Then we were taken to the terrace for a welcome cocktail and the sunset view was simply stunning! All the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. Our room with a view of the bay was absolutely clean and comfortable. Jovana, who was in charge of the tours, was extremely efficient in arranging the boat trip and car rental for us. The private beach in front of the hotel with its bar / restaurant was itself an attraction: clean, with comfortable furniture and good service. Everything was great! Superhost, owner is very kind and helpful - many thanks to him and his family! Room is clean with wide comfortable bed and nice terrace. Air-conditioning, water and wi-fi worked well. We took boat tour - it was fantastic)) I really liked that place. But it's too hot in Kotor in July. Better to come in June or Septrember. Location is on the hill - so we had intensive training for legs))), but for us it's ok. Shops and Old Town are in walking distance.

The location is stunning. The swimming area and extensive terrace are amazing. The old town of Kotor is the best we've seen, even after a week being amazed by Croatia. The Dobrota area around the appt is really good, it felt so safe and pleasant. We visited Budva for the day and although we enjoyed the old town we didn't like the surrounds and were so glad that we'd chosen Kotor and Kalamena. After 3 days here we definitely want to come back for at least a week next time. There's plenty to see but mainly because it's such a good place to relax. We really enjoyed Ellas restaurant.

It is a super modern hotel in the center of the old town. You only need to walk out of the hotel and you're on the central square already. The breakfast was awesome: it's a swedish table with a lot of delicious dishes and meal on any choice. The personnel was kind and friendly. Cleaning service visits your room every day. I gave some of my clothes to the laundry and received them in a clean and fresh state without any spots that had been on them before it (although I hadn't hoped that they could be removed). I was so impressed with my stay in Kotor so that I prolonged it to one another night. For those of you who haven't decided yet I advise to stay in Kotor for a little longer time (for sure you won't get bored if you choose to stay here for 2-3 days).

We had a wonderful time at villa Nikoleta. The place has an amazing location overlooking the bay. The house is beautifully designed, very clean, spacious. Lots of sitting areas with glorious view. It even has an outdoor shower by the pool, well stocked outdoor kitchen, and a jacuzzi. The host was amazing, kept surprising us with food, drinks and lots of ice cream. Our children (and us) didn’t want to leave. Certainly the best house we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

So hospitable hosts, we're so glad to stay here. That's especially important when you arrive to the property from airport tired. Host helped us even when we checked out and returned to them later asking to help to sort out buses schedule some other questions. We didn't know where to go and they just kindly helped us. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff were all so welcoming, going out of their way to make it special for us. We even had a private dining experience with a special tasting menu on their beautiful old balcony, overlooking the square below. We had a suite and it was so spacious, the bed was huge and really comfortable. Great location right in the old town. Very friendly staff and a really nice room and a lovely bathroom. We had two separate beds which were very comfortable. We had a balcony that overlooked the old town, so at night we would sit on the balcony, drink our tea and listen to live music from restaurants. Also a big plus for us is that they met our wishes for vegan options at breakfast very well. We had the best breakfast with lots of different options!

We stayed in the apartment for almost 2 weeks and the space was comfortable and big enough for a couple for a long stay. The location is excellent with the property right next to the North entrance of the old walled city. There is a shopping mall, Kotor beach and strand right outside the city entrance. It’s a 7 minute walk to the beach while being inside the old city. Great atmosphere overall, we felt really at home here. You have all amenities you need for a long stay, simple but adequately equipped kitchen, AC (HUGE plus), very large and comfy bed, good size bathroom, fast internet, separate sitting and dining area etc. In addition, Rara is a great host and helped us feel comfortable and safe during our entire stay. We will definitely be back!

He also gives amazing recos for places to eat or go out, and also offers an amazing private speedboat tours. Love the charm of this Villa. Gorgeous house by the sea, a beautiful and intimate place, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. The room is made in an authentic style with an extraordinary view, and it’s very clean and comfortable. Eating delicious food and drinking world-class wine just two feet from the sea on the sunset is a memorable moment. The owner was very hospitable and there for my every need. We‘ve just returned from one week holidays in this hotel and would like to say BIG THANK YOU for all hotel staff for so pleasant holidays. Everything in this hotel was just amazing – room (suet with panoramic see view, verry big terrace and jacuzzi on it), cleaning the room, food and staff. We’ve never see so attentive and smiling staff (in any other 5* hotel). In each step of all stay we’ve felt welcome. Hotel situation is most beautiful place in Montenegro in my opinion (we were second time in Montenegro and travelled a lot by car). I wish for hotel management and staff to keep such high level of quality.
