Very clean and modern, organized and staff was very friendly. Plenty of pools to relax in w shaded areas. The gym was modern and had plenty of equipment to work out with. Upon arriving was greeted with a drink and cold towel.

Incredible place, very beautiful area, well-groomed! The whole territory is constantly being improved and cleaned. Clean well-groomed beach, enough sun beds for everyone. Lots of bars. Diverse food, delicious a la carte restaurants. Great entertainment program, animators. I liked it very much, we will come again! Special thanks for the birthday gifts!

From the moment that you arrive at this place they welcomed you like a real family, We loved their customer service, all the staff were amazing specially Francis Ortiz, the food was delicious , the room was so beautiful and clean we wanted to stay lol. The hotel is located near the airport (15-20 minutes by car). A lovely large area, several pools, though shallow, there are always free sun loungers. An amazing beach, fine light sand, palm trees, sun loungers are also always there. The ocean is gorgeous, turquoise water and always waves. Some kind of animation is constantly going on. They teach you to dance, then there are some contests, then there are competitions. It's always fun. The food in the main restaurant is good, they always cook meat, fish, pancakes in front of you. Very friendly and helpful staff! Everyone smiles, they always quickly fulfill any requests. At the reception there are very pleasant and efficient employees who quickly resolved all our questions. We will be happy to come back here again!

Huge green area, lots of entertainment, shops, several restaurants / bars, food. Concerts and shows every evening. Nearby is a large and beautiful nightclub with a swimming pool. Places for photos. Many different birds and animals: turtles, flamingos, ducks, storks, etc. Hammock in the room for relaxation. Daily replenishment of the minibar. Spacious room with new furniture.

Infrastructure is modern and accomplishes the expectations. Pools are well cared and clean. Food at the buffet restaurant is the best, the specialities places seems to get their food from the biggest one. Place of course, you have carribean sea a few meters from your room. It was in general, a nice experience.
